June was super friendly and helpful. She communicated with me the day before my arrival to introduce herself and let me know where to look for her. Once we got loaded up she helped to locate a cheaper currency exchange that was on the way to the hotel. She also gave great suggestions on what to do during our visit and offered to take us back to the airport at the end of our visit.

Alex was an outstanding guide for our evening trip throughout Singapore. He first asked us if we would like to modify the tour as defined in the Viator description. We started with a river cruise, then visited Chinatown, and finished with a viewing of the Garden Rhapsody night light show at Gardens by the Bay. Alex had a special place to watch the show which was removed from the large crowd and offered an outstanding view with a place to sit. The skies threatened to rain all evening and Alex always had umbrellas instantly available. The tour was a perfect way to see Signapore in the evening.

Our guide, Colin showed us some very delicious and new foods at two Singapore hawker stall markets. He also gave us wonderful backgrounds of the food we were eating as well as a very informative discussion of the cultural and economic development of Singapore. The time flew by quickly and we really treasured the time spent on this tour. We will look for Colin again when we return

Excellent experience with our driver/guide Vincent. He took us all around the city talking about all the history and noteable landmarks. He took us to sites he recommended, dropping us off and picking us up exactly on time. It was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Alex was a wonderful tour guide. He was knowledgeable, flexible, and very cordial all day. He ensured we saw all the locations we selected and then made 2 additional recommendations that we enjoyed. Delightful tour, pace and overall experience. I highly recommend it.

Our family only had one full day to tour Singapore. Fortunately for us, Gene was our private tour guide that day. He is one of the best guides we have ever had. He made sure that we saw all the sights that we were interested in and even made changes in the itinerary on the fly. We had a chance to taste several different types of foods along the way which we also enjoyed. His enthusiasm was infectious! We would highly recommend Gene to anyone who is looking for a fun and in-depth tour of Singapore.

We have a couple of suggestions that would improve this tour, but we are giving it a five-star rating thanks to guide Alex's nice job on showing us the Singapore sites. Alex was friendly, engaging and informative - he focused more on the modern cultural aspects of Singapore versus the historical, which was fine by us and of more interest to us anyway. He did a nice job getting us to the front of the line at the various sites and ensuring we were comfortable. (Singapore is VERY hot and humid.) By way of suggestions, the pre-tour communications were not great - we like to connect with tour providers in advance from home, and this company did not even have a WhatsApp number, which is now a standard with other companies. Also, considering the hefty price tag of the tour (and understanding Singapore is NOT cheap) it would have been nice to be asked in advance of the tour what exactly we would like to see - this is usually the case with private tours. Even if we would have selected the same sites, it is nice to be asked.

We were greeted by EggTan (Thomas) who sent me an email a day before my arrival in Singapore. He even included a link to the digital SG arrival card application to skip the long lines at the airport, even though I had already applied the day before. Thomas took us, got his car, and loaded our luggage. He made sure we had our seatbelts on and drove us. We had a great conversation all the way to our Singapore St. Regis Hotel. We even bonded more since we’re both huge Liverpool fans. When we got to the hotel, Thomas unloaded the luggage and handed it over to the bell captain. He even rearranged our pick-up for our return trip to the airport and came to give us the good news that he’d pick us up the next morning. Of course, we were on time when he picked us up the next morning, and the journey was just as pleasant as ever because of Thomas. I highly recommend Thomas if you ever need transportation in Singapore.
