Pickup/Dropoff location in Jurong, Woodland or Malaysian border is subject to an extra charge of SGD20 per vehicle payable to the driver. 3. Child seat can be arranged at SGD20.00 subject to availability and must be booked in advance. 4. For customers joining the tour with luggages, please inform us in advance to ensure the vehicle is able to accommodate the bags. A surcharge may apply for an upgraded vehicle to accommodate the bags. 5. If pick up from cruise. Please provide the cruise name in advance to verify and update accordingly on the day of arrival.

Excellent experience with our driver/guide Vincent. He took us all around the city talking about all the history and noteable landmarks. He took us to sites he recommended, dropping us off and picking us up exactly on time. It was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

My mom (74 yrs old) and I took this tour with Mr. Thomas, we had a blast. He was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He took us to local spots to try desserts and took many pictures for us. We had a great time with Thomas. 100% recommend.

Our overview tour of Singapore was at our pace. The driver, Rami, was very focused on our interests, very patient, very informative. We were lucky enough to tour on a Sunday traffic was very light. Rami was quick to suggest where to get out for photos ops. Having a private car and driver really allows for an enjoyable experience and to get the very most out of limited time.

The pick-up at our hotel was timely and our driver was friendly and knowledgeable. He suggested places to go and allowed us to select our choices. We went to the Botanical Gardens which I would highly recommend, temples, saw the different areas and received a good overview of the city. Since we had just arrived the day before, this was helpful. He recommended a hawker center which we returned to for dinner later that night- wonderful. This is a great overview of the city.

We had a 4-hour city tour with Mr. Qamarul, and it was a great experience. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the city. The trip was smooth, comfortable, and well organized. Highly recommend him as a driver for anyone visiting!

I was a little, unsure how this would go traveling by myself as a solo female, but Kenneth, the driver was really great, and it was a great intro to the beautiful city of Singapore, I am looking forward to going back to be able to spend more time there. It was tailor-made and I was dropped off different places to explore on my own with a ride and a friend waiting to pick me up, just a great option, and I felt very safe and well taken care of.

DO NOT BOOK this if you’re looking for a guided tour! We booked at last minute for 4 of us expecting guided tour of Singapore highlights for $340 SGD. Confirmation message came through that night for next day and small print said “driver only, tour guide $60 SGD per hour extra, tried to cancel and was told “ Hi Sir, please rest assured that our drivers are experienced and knowledgeable enough to share basic information on the Singapore history, culture, policies and the way of life here.” so we went ahead and while our driver was very nice he had no knowledge of any of the sights or history (or even where any of the public toilets were!) and proceeded to to drop us off at various locations and left us to wander around to pick us up 30 or 60mins later. BASICALLY A VERY EXPENSIVE TAXI SERVICE……

However, we would like to clarify that the product you booked is a private customized tour with a driver, and this information is clearly stated on the booking platform as well as in the booking details, including what is included and what is not included. A licensed tour guide is not included in this service and can be arranged upon request for an additional fee of SGD 60 per hour, as stated in the booking information.
Regarding your cancellation request, as per the platform’s policy, cancellations made within 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable. As your booking was confirmed and the tour service was already provided, the booking is therefore not eligible for a refund.
During the tour, guests are free to explore each stop at their own pace. If you prefer more or less time at a location, you may inform the driver accordingly, or message the driver when you are ready for pick-up, and the driver will return within a few minutes.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure the service description is as clear as possible for future guests. Thank you again for sharing your experience.

The tour was exactly what we were looking for. I am traveling with my 80 yr old mom who has some mobility issues. We were able to see a lot in 4 hours and she was able to get out and take pictures while I did more walking. Mohamed was extremely knowledgeable and so sweet to my mom!

We booked this tour at the last minute since we had one day available to see Singapore before leaving for a cruise. Viator was very accommodating and communicated throughout our experience.
Our tour guide Kelvin and our driver were very prompt and courteous. Kelvin is very knowledgeable about the city and tailored our tour to what we wanted to see. We saw a lot of the government buildings on our way to the waterfront. He took a lot of pictures of our group and had us pose before the Merlion.
Kelvin was particularly attentive to the needs of our group to go slow and rest when needed. My father, who is 93, was with us and Kelvin was incredibly conscientious helping him in and out of the van and up and down stairs.
We ended in Chinatown and Kelvin gave us some great recommendations for dinner and other sites to see.
Overall we felt we got a nice overview of the city and learned some interesting facts that we would otherwise have not know .

Our driver Sharmy was friendly and knowlegeable about Singapore city. There was miscommunication between Sharmy and the company that provided this tour (My Singapore Holiday). The parking charge was supposed to be included (Sharmy said it wasn’t). The tour was supposed to be 4 hours with water provided. Sharmy said the tour was 3.5 hours and did not provide water.

Our driver, Thomas, picked us up right on time at the cruise port. He drove us everywhere! It was so much fun. At noon he dropped us off at our hotel with our luggage. He was the best ever!

Depending on the driver, the tour can be customised to match your interests. Mark had a wealth of knowledge and took us off the beaten path at our request. As a local who was born and brought up in Singapore, Mark was able to answer all our questions and pointed out things we would not normally see on a set tour. We had a particular want to eat local food and he did not disappoint when we went to a lesser known hawker centre that served amazing food. Mark was a safe driver and took the time to explain things to us. The overall process of booking via Viator was relatively hassle free and we will book again through this platform.

We had a fabulous driver Rahmat who was very knowledgeable about Singapore’s history, local landmarks, good photo opportunities and eating locations. We had a mix of sight seeing and cultural experiences. It is a a very comfortable way to get around on a tight schedule and still have some exploring time in each location. You can pick and choose what you would like to do/see in the time available. Communication was clear and frequent leading up to and during the tour. One thing to remember is that if you are being collected from the airport they will collect you from the terminal you arrive at. We had some confusion here as we decided to go and visit Jewel at Changi airport before our tour pick up so should have advised the tour operator we were going to meet them at a different terminal. Once we clarified Rahmut was there within a few minutes. Highly recommend

Really great way to spend a long layover in Singapore. My driver, Edsel, was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make the time worthwhile.

Our last day in Singapore when we disembarked from our cruise & a late flight gave us another opportunity to explore some of the areas beyond the main tourist attractions. Our driver/guide, Ashton, was more than exceptional! We learned so much & he was so accommodating- we even went to a Hawkers Station to experience the great food & unique atmosphere!
