We specialize in natural wines and wines from small, local productions. We are in contact with many producers and will be happy to share multiple inside details about the producers, the production area, and the production methods with you. You will have a very authentic experience, surrounded by people who share your passion for wine and who are happy to introduce you into Sicily through it's wines. You will get familiar with the different native grapes and local varietys, the winemaking philosophies, the territories and also with the people who stand behind the labels.

A tasting of 4 selected Etna wines will be accompanied by fantastic local foods, for a consistent sensory journey. The food tasting will begin with a sample of Evo Oil of Nocellara dell'Etna, produced in the countryside of our company and continue with three different flavored MYetna oils. Continue with a rich platter with typical cold cuts and Sicilian cheeses. Local products will be presented accompanied by homemade jams and creams, fried appetizers, sautéed wild vegetables and the famous Sicilian Caponata. The tasting will end with a dessert of ricotta (a kind of fresh cheese), chocolate and homemade pistachio cream of Bronte, accompanied by a sweet liqueur wine.

Arrival in Castiglione, visit to the village and tasting of local products at the Etna Rosso winery. 3.00 pm departure from Castiglione and return to Catania.
