We had a wonderful day with Snow. She picked us up right on time at the hotel and confirmed our schedule. She also asked if there were any modifications we wanted to make on the day. She was very flexible and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful day. She even made suggestions for shopping based upon our wants. She had great suggestions. We had a blast eating, shopping and seeing the sights. We would definitely do it again. This turned out to be my son’s favorite city because of Snow and the tour.

We had a private tour with Sammi, and it was a fantastic day. She did a wonderful job showing us new and old Shanghai, explaining the evolution of the city. Her knowledge and guidance was spectacular, as we went from site to site learning about each location. She did a great job explaining how the city has changed over the years showing us the old; the private garden, and the new; Shanghai Tower. I would recommend this tour if you are visiting for the first time or if you would like to learn the history of the city. Sammi was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and willing to take pictures of my family at each stop along the way.

I wanted to find a few good and reliable places to frequent for food during my stay in Shanghai and I thought doing a food tour would be the perfect way to do that. I was not wrong. The tour with Jim was wonderful and he took us to many places I never would have found on my own! Highly recommend if you're in Shanghai and want to get away from the tourist traps and have an experience curated by a guide who has spent years building personal relationships with the many local vendors. The tour takes the full amount of time and involves covering some distance on foot (always the best way to see a city). But if you're worried about all the walking, don't, Jim checks in regularly and the pacing is not strenuous. 10/10 would recommend. I just wish there was a Jim in every city I visit 😆

Had an absolutely great time. Sunny helped navigate and set up the whole experience with ease, and I was paired with my Tour Guide, Helen, who was absolutely fantastic. She aside from being able to structure the tight schedule made sure that it was an enjoyable one and was beyond knowledgeable and kind in sharing so much historical information and facts about Beijing, The Great Wall, and China overall. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and would love to work with them again on a future trip to the Beijing area. So grateful because I definitely would not have been able to coordinate this otherwise without them. Such a wonderful memory.

I would very much highly recommend the Company, “ Amazing Shanghai Trip” and guide Queena. The Company gave excellent information and their contact after booking and before the trip. Queena, my guide was also fantastic. Great knowledge and we had interesting discussions and her English is perfect. I highly recommend the tour, beautiful small town with a lot of history, and very close to Shanghai. I would give 6 stars if I could to the Company and Queena. Thank you.

They should know that my experience with Li Zhaochen our guide was exceptional and flawless. It started at our hotel which was at least 1/2 hour out of their meeting point and he picked us up. He made sure we had the best experience and that we arrived at our destination Shanghai: Southern Great Wall Day Trip by Bullet Train on time and safe. He was very kind and went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience - he helped taking pictures, he gave us the history and customs of the places we visited in addition to the Wall - Taizhou Fucheng was one of them and since it was our first time on the bullet train he even took us out prior to us getting on it so we could video it coming into the station. We had a traditional lunch at a restaurant he had selected and he had listened to our likes and dislikes without us noticing. He had a private room for us with a spread of various custom dishes which tasted delicious and took care of our vegetarian and the person in our group who did not eat chicken nor fish. The food was freshly made and delicious. There was a person who wanted iced tea which they are not accustomed to having and he obtained it for them. He had drivers all set up who were safe and also pleasant. He even had raincoats and water for us. When we finished our tour we wanted to continue shopping and he helped us set up a ride back to the hotel. I cannot fully explain how helpful and enjoyable he made us feel and I know this is not the only tour he guides so if I were you I would ask for him without hesitation! This experience was lovely and absolutely customised till the very very T. My guide Elaine was knowledgeable and very precise about each and every place that we went to. Since I was travelling solo it almost felt like traveling with a friend and she was very considerate and warm too. They were flexible enough and were able to get me an experience with authentic dimsums, tea and help me figure out some other things on my go to list. Very highly recommend Elaine and Vaitor.

A really personal tailored day tour. Excellent driver and quality car. Extremely knowledgeable guide Peggy who was excellent and provided us with lots of information during the day. She spoke fluent English. A total gem of a guide. Highly recommended 5 star. Jenny's China Tours very good value for money. We will highly recommend to our family and friends visiting China.
