We had an incredible half-day in Shanghai with Wing! Her knowledge of Chinese history, religion, and the various imperial dynasties is truly impressive and added so much depth to the historic sites we visited. Beyond the landmarks, she organized a wonderful traditional tea ceremony and a fascinating silk production demonstration. We also truly appreciated our candid conversations about life in modern China, which gave us a well-rounded perspective on the country. This tour was simply great. My mom had trouble walking at the time so we did it with a wheelchair. Lea was our guide and she made it work — she adjusted the pace and route so my mom was comfortable. She knew where to skip crowds and where we could rest. She led us through shortcuts and vista points that you’d normally won’t find yourself. Solid tour, great guide. Would highly recommend!

I booked 4 hours private tour Lea. and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment she met us at our hotel, it was clear we were in expert hands.
We started at English Concession, where Lea gave outstanding commentary on the history of British influence in Shanghai — the architecture, the trade era, and how it shaped the city’s identity.
Then we continued to the Old Town, where Lea brought the area to life with fascinating stories about Shanghai’s origins and local culture. She knew every corner of the narrow alleyways and pointed out details we never would have noticed on our own. Her depth of knowledge made the experience feel like so much more than just sightseeing.
From there, we moved on to the French Concession, and once again Lea’s insight was exceptional. I would strongly recommend this tour. Great experience

Such an efficient way to be able to see both old and modern Shanghai when you are pressed for time! My co-workers and I were on a work trip and had a short window to be able to see some of the sites. We got to see the best of the best on this tour! Our tour guide was so sweet and knowledgeable. Although the weather didn’t cooperate and it was raining pretty hard, because we had the car, we still managed to enjoy the tour.

This was a GREAT tour with Annie. We got to see some great highlights of the city. Annie was the best guide we had in our 2.5 weeks all across Asia! She was friendly, personable, speaks great English, and was very flexible with our tight schedule. I would HIGHLY recommend doing a tour with her anytime!!

Amazing experience with Annie! It was an incredibly insightful experience learning about the history of Shanghai from a native. It was my family’s first time in Shanghai and my kids said this was better than any other Asian country they’ve been to. Our tour guide was fantastic. We traveled with three children under 10, and she was incredibly patient and accommodating. She was also very knowledgeable about the accessibility of sites. She was very helpful and shared many unknown historical facts. Our only regret is not booking a full-day tour instead of a half! Highly recommend!

Arrived Shanghai early on a cruise ship. Chose this tour as we weren't able to check into our hotel until 4pm. Great introduction to the city and a way to orientate. Michael was very informative with lots of background information and stories and we especially apprecaited his great driver who was there to dop us off and collect us from each stop. We would recommend this as a short tour when you arrive.

This tour was amazing, I made a mistake on the date of booking and they changed it trouble free. Sunnyerday stayed in contact up until the tour started and arranged pick up from an airport hotel. Michael the tour guide was brilliant, showed us the best sights of Shanghai and couldn’t have been more accommodating.

Our tour guide Annie did an amazing job tailoring this tour to the preferences of my wife and I. We got to explore the Yu Garden bazaar and go to the top of Shanghai tower. It gave us just the experience we wanted during our short stay in Shanghai. Annie was very knowledgeable and accommodating especially given the circumstances of large crowds from the holiday. Would definitely encourage those visiting Shanghai to book this tour!
