Our driver Mr Mou was amazing. Our guide Sophie was exceptional. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. Her English was top notch. We had a wonderful day with her and she took the time to understand what we wanted to see. We were able to get so much more out of our day by having Sophie with us. If you are in Shanghai definitely book a tour with Sophie. The only thing is make sure that your hotel is within the pick up zone. Confirm with them that it is. They will still accommodate you if you are outside the zone, it will just cost a little more for the extra time. But don’t let that stop you. We had a great day with Sophie!

Tom is a great driver, very friendly, knows the city very well and China in general, he is very proficient in English which is rare to find in China. He picked me up at the exact agreed time and the tour went really smoothly - he also gave me some recommendations for the rest of the trip that were really valuable so would definitely recommend the experience. You can probably go to some of the places by yourself but it was so much more convenient to have a driver like Tom, also you can personalize it if you want/need

What an incredible trip. We only had a day in Shanghai and wanted to maximise our time. Seeing the water town was phenomenal and the boat ride was lovely. Then seeing Shanghai's main attractions including doing a traditional tea ceremony was really special. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to pack a lot into a day.

Tom's English is impeccable. He picked us up at the new cruise terminal in a brand new car. We felt welcome to share his knowledge of Shanghai. We are fascinated by the beauty of China's Water Towns. He recommended to visit an open air museum that is actually a salvaged residence with opulent antiques and dreamy gardens. We saw the cruise ship tour group skipping this treasure. Because we had visited Shanghai before, he was agreeable to modify the itinerary and took us to the Jade Buddha Temple. Tom's tour far surpassed what was offered by the ship and a far better value. Limited Time but a lot of action

Tom our tour guide made the. most of our limited time in Shanghai. Watertown was very unique and a great place to walk amongst the river and shops. In old Shanghai, Tom knew all the short cuts to get around the crowds and see some great areas of town. I highly recommend this tour for a quick 6 hr tour of Shanghai.

Tom definitely deserves our keenest recommendation. From the very instance we met, Tom immediately assessed our needs in a subtle manner (we have two adults and two kids) He paid attention to details and was able to address the needs of each of us. For example, toilet stops, taking of photographs, shopping needs, eating preferences etc. Tom was truly an excellent ambassador for Shanghai. From providing historic facts to discussing current affairs and issues faced, Tom is very well-read, educated and eloquent. His recommendation of where to visit was to the point and we really enjoyed ourselves, while learning many interesting historic facts via his arresting and lucid commentary. Tom was soft spoken and cultured, and made our journey very enjoyable. His unobtrusive handling gave us privacy and space and yet was always there when we needed help. For example, although we might have installed Alipay or Weechat pay, but we were unable to pay at some shops, Tom would come to our rescue! He did not rush us when some of us were thrown off from our actual itinerary by other distractions! We were very comfortable in his presence and would seek his advice when it comes to which tourist attractions for our next stop etc. Tom was very helpful and even texted a whole list of what to do and where to go and what to expect etc via Weechat. Needless to say, we gave him a very handsome tip at the end of our one-day trip with him, on top of paying back what he helped us pay along the way! A huge thank you to Tom for an unforgettable trip to Wuzhen - scenery has become secondary to how the local people (in particular, the tour guide) made the tourists feel, this we would definitely attest to Tom's great hospitality and professionalism in making this day trip extra enjoyable! Highly and keenly recommended!
