A long rewarding day trip from Seoul

This is a very professional tour company. Well organized; we always knew what to expect. Sean the guide was very attentive to our needs and kept us well informed without talking too much. The Mt Seorak hike was quite spectacular. It helps to be reasonably fit because there are a lot of stairs and rocky terrain. Nami island was mildly interesting but not really memorable. The quiet garden is very nice, but the flowers are past their prime this late in the season. It would be spectacular in the summer. We arrived at the garden late in the day so the sun was below the mountains and the photos were less sharp.

I had a wonderful time during the tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The half day was perfect and allowed for time spent elsewhere before connecting at 1:30. The drop off point is Gwangjang Market and it's just that a drop off. Ok with it, just mentioning it, so there's no expectation of a guided tour around the market.

Second time in DMZ

This was my second time visiting the DMZ. The suspension bridge and meeting a North Korean defector were new for me. There is a new observatory and in my opinion, the old one was better. GoGo, our tour guide was excellent. He gave us insights on all places we visited. Most of all he made sure all his guests were accounted for before moving to the next place. the tour was exhausting but overall, a great experience.

Awesome all day tour customized to be accessible!

Wow what a day! Jake was so nice and had very good English! He took us all around Seoul. He was very patient and kind with my wife’s mobility challenges. We first did the Namsan cable car - which was fun and very accessible. Then we went to palace which was very interesting. I did the entire tour of it - my wife sat and waited for me and she enjoyed looking at all the people dressed in traditional costumes. Jake explained that many tourists rent the costumes and wear them to the palace for getting free admission!! We went to look at some 500 year old houses which are still occupied. Next we went to the Buddhist temple. We were lucky as it was the annual chrysanthemum festival and my wife adores flowers. Plus the entire place was accessible with ramps. This was the highlight of the day for my wife. We had a traditional Korean lunch at the Maple Tree House. Meat was grilled at the table and was served with many accompaniments. My wife had a vegetarian rice bowl. Jake wanted to take us to an antiques market but my wife was worn out so we went back to the hotel. We highly recommend this kind of private tour when there are mobility challenges involved. Our guide Jake was first rate!!!!
