Amazing tour by Kim, Sun Hee (Sunny). She was a rockstar in bringing the story alive. I was brought into the story around Korean kings from the Joseon era to the more modern Korean War. I felt sad as she narrated the history around the Korean War too. In a day I felt I got a brief summary of Korea, its treasures and beyond. Really an amazing teaser. You should all experience it, and do it with Sunny!

Worth Every Penny

Just finished the DMZ tour. The tour guide, Jun, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We had plenty of time at each site. Entering the DMZ was seamless thanks to his knowledge and experience. It was an early tour with hotel pickup at 5:10 am but we beat the crowds at the DMZ. Definitely would recommend it to anyone interested in Korean War history. I learned a lot I didn’t know.

Communication and everything was perfect!

Plenty of communication from booking weeks before all the way up to date of arrival. Hee Soo is the Best Guide.

We had a wonderful time on our Seoul tour with Hee Soo. From the start, She was warm, punctual and clearly passionate about Korean history and culture. The highlight for us was the royal palaces. Our guide didn't just walk us through the gates. Hee Soo explained the meaning behind the names and signboards, the architecture, and the stories of the Joseon kings who lived there. It made the whole place come alive. We also enjoyed the Jogyesa Temple, Gwanghamun Gate, and the Ginseng Museum; and the pacing was just right: plenty to see without feeling rushed. The practical tips on where to eat in Insadong, how to get back to our hotel quickly made the day even better.
