Great tour, only wish we could go faster at times but I understand that high speeds are impractical for beginners.

Great fun and worth the price. Be aware that you must wear the clothing provided so arrive early as these are faff to get on. Size 20 uk female and the suit I used was size 58. Don't worry too much about stepping on to snow mobile if plus size. It was fine.

Terrible!
I used to get emails about the pickup time
It was 2:30 pm and when I came they already left saying it was 1:50 pm
And they refused refund (I explained clearly that I didn’t know)
I will never use company again
And will make sure to write about this everywhere in social media

Fantastic excursion for the family! Robert our lead, was excellent, extremely helpful, great with the kids and the whole experience ran like clockwork. We did a great amount of snowmobiling and my daughters loved the ride in the sledge. We were warm enough throughout and the warm berry juice and cookies were a nice treat. Thank you Robert and team. We would recommend to anyone visiting Rovaniemi.

we arrived at safartica there were at least 150 people we checked we got dressed we were asked to go outside to wait for our departure because there were too many people everywhere. We wait and now our group has left without us and will not turn around for six people!!!! never seen before 1h30 drive from our rental to find ourselves with nothing!!!! no solution found! the shuttle has no intention of turning around because there are too many people and of course no other group to rejoin or someone to take us, it's over, we undress and leave!!! no one made the checklist of people registered for anything!! money the return but not in the human or in the empathy of having made a mistake and of finding another solution! in short, always the same thing and we all were deprived of a snowmobile one day before our departure so we couldn't do it! thank you safartica! so I don't recommend at all, better small structures

Nice Tour, but because we had kids on the Tour the Snowmobiles were limited to 30km/h. Understandable but for 2/3 of the Tour it was very boring.

We had the best time snowmobiling on this trip! Our guides were fantastic (sorry I didn’t catch the names) and were really friendly and helpful, explaining everything so well. We enjoyed stopping for a hot drink and biscuits and were given some good advice about seeing the aurora. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon. We’re still smiling!

Nos guides étaient supers, disponibles, réactifs, souriants, rien à redire.
Nous avons trouvé dommage que la majeure partie du parcours soit sur le lac. Entre le redoux et la neige qui est arrivée en suivant, les ornières des nombreuses motoneiges qui passent par là étaient complètement gelées rendant très complexe l’équilibre de la moto. Aussi, si vous cherchez des sensations et de la vitesse, il vaudra mieux aller voir ailleurs. Peut être un peu attrape touristes pour le coup mais les paysages étaient très beaux et je le répète, nos guides vraiment tops.

Snowmobiles Sind toll. Leider war die gefahrene Strecke so schlecht, so ausgelutscht von tausenden Fahrten vorher, dass der Spaß sehr limitiert war

Nos dejó tirada nuestra moto a los 5 minutos, estuvimos más de media hora esperando a recibir otra, deberían hacer mejor mantenimiento de las motos, el recorrido muy corto no es lo que dicen, vuelta rápida tampoco más bien vuelta lenta parecía que íbamos caminando, lo mejor el paisaje

Em nenhuma hipótese reserve esta empresa para qualquer passeio.
Já contratei tours ao redor do mundo, mas essa conseguiu ser a pior empresa de todas.
Se confundiram com os horários, anteciparam minha coleta e, por conta disso, tive prejuízos com minha locadora de carros.
Não tiveram a decência de reconhecer o erro ou de se desculparem pela bagunça.
Jamais contrata essa empresa. Lembre-se.

Un peu déçue de l’expérience que je qualifierai quand même d’attrape touristes. 2h d’excursion mais 1h30 de moto neige avec plusieurs arrêts. Dommage qu’il s’agisse uniquement d’un aller retour sur le lac gelé (très beau quand même bien sûr !) avec seulement un très très court passage dans un petit chemin (beaucoup plus fun et variant au niveau paysage). Nous nous sommes retrouvés plusieurs fois côte à côte avec d’autres groupes de motoneige, encore une fois dommage alors que la nature est immense ici. Côté sensations fortes, oubliez ! Vitesse maximum 30km/h, plus souvent à 20km/h. Points positifs : personnel agréable, prêt de vêtements chauds, petite pause cookies et thé, paysage magnifique, machines en bon état, sécurité. Je m’imaginais une balade plus variée, en forêt, dans la poudreuse, en groupe bien sûr mais sans croiser sans cesse d’autres touristes… Je ne sais pas si on peux trouver ça ici ?

La balade était très bien, David, le guide au top, joue avec les enfants et très gentil.
La motoneige en forêt c'était magnifique ! Et le temps de conduite était suffisant avec la petite pause goûter entre deux.

Ich würde es jederzeit wieder machen. Nur dann bitte mit Schnee. Die Strecke war recht anspruchsvoll. Kaum Schnee, mehr Eis und Waldboden. Aber eine absolute Bereicherung, was Spaß im Urlaub angeht.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé, bien organisé, à l'heure. Fourniture des équipements impeccable, aux bonnes tailles. La guide très sympa et le parcours d'nviron 16kms de nuit sous la neige en forêt et sur un lac gelé excellent. Les enfants même en bas âge 8 ans, 5 ans et 1 an sont en un traineau tiré par la guide. Ce traineau ressemeble à une cabine fermée de 4 places avec des vitres pour regarder. Le seul regret pour moi fut la vitesse trop lente pour le sportif que je suis.. Nous avons oscillé entre 20 et 35km/h pas plus.
