Our snowmobile experience today was amazing, one of the best things I've ever done in my life! Our guide Nacho was so passionate, professional and helpful. His instructions were clear and we felt confident once we started. Our seven year old son was transported in a heated pod by Nacho which was awesome for him. I highly recommend this experience. They were kind and helpful when I contacted customer service for information about the shuttle. It was very convenient because it was included in the price. The staff was kind and helpful; the guy who was there before the changing rooms/showers was really good at explaining everything to us. We had our tour with Ali, who was exceptional. Ali, lived and breathed Aurora hunting, as he was determined to find an Aurora on an Aurora-less night. We found the Aurora 3.5hrs in, and then Ali was determined to get the big one. Ali even arranged to meet up with a bigger tour bus to provide bathroom facilities for my wife. Great tour

We had a great time on this tour and were even lucky enough to catch a quick glimpse of the Auroras. It’s a long night, so prepare yourself for that, we didn’t get back until 4:30am, but the motor coach was very comfortable and it had a bathroom. The tour guides were very friendly and did a great job finding the Auroras. Would definitely recommend this tour.

We really loved this tour. The guide was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and informative, he shared a lot not only about the sites we attended but overall about Egypt life. He spent a lot of time with us - over and above the schedule. The lunch included was quite nice. The driver was nice too. They will take you to the 3 shops called bazaars, cotton, perfume and papyrus. Don’t buy there because it’s more expensive. We had 2 other tours all raking to the same shops. I bought from papyrus shop but realised at Egyptian museum it was 4 times cheaper. But presentation was very interesting - definitely check it out but don’t buy. The sites included in this tour are very beautiful and not to be missed
