The transportation service was smooth, reliable, and stress-free from start to finish. Having our flight information, the supervisor texted me the moment I landed welcome us and to keep us updated. The driver was easy to locate upon arrival and was already waiting, which made the pickup process quick and efficient. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned—perfect after a long flight. The ride itself was safe and timely, with the driver being professional and courteous throughout the trip. Communication was clear, and everything was well-organized, making the transition from the airport to the hotel seamless. HQT was very good at communicating pick up and drop off times and locations. They were there at the airport when we got out of baggage claim and there at the hotel in enough time once we were leaving Punta Cana. My only issue was that their responsiveness was lacking when we requested a later pick up time. But we made it to the airport safely and had plenty of time to get through security so it all worked out in the end.

Great company to do business with !!! They provided us with on time, very professional and efficient transportation between the Punta Cana airport and one of the resorts on the island. Absolutely outstanding service! Plan to use them again in the future.

I’m glad I found these guys The airport is under construction and the exit/pickup area was almost complete chaos But if you didn’t make arrangements already compare prices some were higher than what we booked round trip we passed probably 40 taxi drivers and a dozen private chauffeurs

Communication was great...we were contacted when our flight was about to arrive to let us know where to meet and at the time we requested...we were also contacted the day before our flight left to confirm pick up point and time....both drivers were friendly and provided a relaxing experience...would book through again and would recommend to anybody looking for a trustworthy quality experience

This company was fantastic! Our flight home was cancelled due to the blizzard in the northeast so we had to hustle a new flight. They were very patient waiting for us to reschedule which we did. Comfortable clean vehicle …driver was excellent and very polite. We will use them again!

We had a wonderful experience using this service. Their communication and attentiveness was excellent. I had messaged the company a few times at the airport from our home location to advise them we were delayed on our flight and the assured me it wasn’t an issue as they also kept up with all delays. Once we had exited the PUJ airport, our associate was easily visible with a sign with my name on it. He directed us to our vehicle with our driver and sent us on our way. Our driver kept us in a lighthearted conversation throughout our drive and gave us great tips on what to look for in PC. Wonderful experience overall! Will be using them again!
