Round trip Transfer from Punta Cana Airport To hotels in Dominican Republic

This was my second one-way ride with “Round trip Transfer from Punta Cana Airport To hotels…” I selected them for our return trip to the airport because we were happy with their service when they picked us up from the airport and took us to our resort, Royalton Bávaro. While arranging the return transfer the night before, I got a bit concerned with not knowing what time pick up would be. The e-form requires that you enter your flight departure information, but there is no place to enter what time you’d like to be picked up. After receiving the reservation confirmation email from Viator, I tried to call the company directly with the number Viator provided on the e-form but couldn’t get through. I also used the Viator e-form to send a message. Mind you this was all occurring just after 8pm. The Viator website said customer service was available until 11pm, but the transfer service wasn’t responding to communication. So, I called Viator and they said the impact was closed, but that they would leave a message for them to contact me when they opened. The next morning, pick-up day, I still hadn’t received any response. It finally hit me to go back through my WhatsApp messages and find the communication chain that the Punta Cana transportation company originally started with me when we arranged our arrival transportation. Via WhatsApp, I emailed them my question about pick-up time and they responded almost right away. I should’ve done that last night, but I’d forgotten about that form of communication. All went perfect after that! I recommend them to all tourists.
