This. Company didn’t show up at the airport and didn’t communicate. I tried to contact them with no response. They completely left us stranded.
We were unable to locate our driver until we searched the entire pick up area and waited 10 minutes for him to find us. The driver itself took 20 to 30 minutes to arrive. The drive itself was pleasant, but it was a hassle getting into the vehicle. It was supposed to be a round-trip experience. We have yet to have any communication from the tour company and we leave tomorrow.
Never picked us up at the airport. Didn't answer Viator's call, email, or my messages via the app. Get a taxi instead... at least they're there to take you to your hotel.
Awful service …no show at the airport ….never pay in advance ….nearly missed our bus looking for them
Good. The car could be more conserved but was a nice trip with nice driver. None to complain about. J

Perfect experience. Confirmed the booking through WhatsApp a few days prior. They were waiting for us at the airport with the name plate. We had Arcangel as our driver for both trips. Very gentle, courteous and safe driver. Thanks a lot

We have used diamond transport multiple times during each of our visits to punta Cana. They've always been reliable and on time and we've never had an issue. So we do recommend them and will be booking with them for our transfer when we return back to punta Cana at the end of July 2025!

When we arrived from US, Diamond was not there for us and had to be called
Driver was nice and efficient
Hopefully Diamond will there to pick us up and take us to the airport tomorrow
First off, the driver was amazing!! He has nothing to do with our issue. The company quoted me one price for a round trip reservation. Once we landed in Punta Cana and got to the vehicle they advise my trip would be an additional $60. I just told them we will find our own way back. We will not be using them again.

I bought the shared transfer from the airport to the Bavaro beach with return service for $70. When arrived to Dominican republic the tour company told me to pay another $70 since there was a mistake on Viator web page. Instead of paying for the shared transfer I booked a taxi which was a better option.
Excelent job, the guy did call me while we were on the passport control and were waiting for us in front of airport, he was so kind, he did show us the atraction on the way to the hotel and did help us about luggage. I advice to everyone to use this service, 10 stars for them
Great service, great ride, and hassle free! The ride was on-time and driver Tony got us to or destination with no issues.
Arriving at the airport, they couldn’t find my name for the reservation even though I’ve already confirmed it multiple times with viator before our arrival date. We had to wait for about 15-20min for our vehicle to arrive, it was a smooth ride to the hotel. Our driver was very quiet, I guess he didn’t really speak english well but that was okay just made us a little nervous but we arrived at the hotel safely. On the day of our departure, we were picked up by a very friendly driver who made our ride to the airport so comfortable. He even played music in our language while in the vehicle, such a pleasure and wonderful ride. We definitely would use their service again when we return to Dominican. Highly recommended!
It was my 1st time coming to Punta Cana and the transportation to get my hotel was safe and legit. I was worried if this app was partners with diamond, thankfully my reservation was confirmed. The only thing that disappoint me was communication with trying to reach out with the tour operator through call and text no response. All than that, I’m just thankful for my safety transportation.
No one was there from the cab company, holding up a sign with my name on it as described when I booked the transportation to the hotel

This is my umpteenth time in DR and I have previously used a different provider who is unfortunately no longer in business. I tried Diamond Tours (through Viator) based on positive reviews. Flawless transaction from pick up at PUJ (the driver was already waiting with the name sign) to subsequent pick up from my resort (the driver was 10 minutes earlier and the company send a black Suburban although I paid for a regular private minibus). Excellent communication via WhatsApp which gave me a piece of mind- 2 days prior to my pick up from the resort Jessica reached out to me via WhatsApp and confirmed the time of the pick up. Diamond tour is my only operator now in DR. Thank you!
They use personal vehicles. Unmarked (Honda. Civic) drives us to resorts. Makes me feel very uncomfortable. The driver are on the aggressive side. That’s not we wanted.
Ordered a transfer online to resort. Extorted for $50 more USD at airport. Refused to take us otherwise. Paid for car seat. No car seat to or from airport. Late on pick up. Rude customer service person at Punta Cana airport.
Was a black large 3 row SUV vs the white van you see in the picture. I was hoping for the van since we were traveling with 2 little kids but it all worked out. The child booster seat they had was useless (i didn't request one though so props to them for even offering it).
Price was super cheap vs all other options. Pre paying was great. They had my name at the counter once i found the name of the company all the way at the bottom of the listing/order page. It wasn't super obvious but there's dozens of companies set up outside and knowing the name of the company is crucial. Ours was Diamond (not sure if it's always the same though) but the scramble to find the company name at the last second made me knock a star off.
Overall, well worth it. I wish I booked the round trip since the hotel and Travelocity botched our return trip to the airport. You can book round trip from this app but you can't individually book hotel to airport. Lesson learned.
Working with Diamond Tours is always a breeze. From quick and reasonable booking to the organized confirmation and pick up. I will use them over and over again.
