Fantastic experience and very professional customer service!
I had a wonderful time on the Damajagua waterfalls tour. Even though we booked for 7 waterfalls, we could only do 3 because heavy rain the previous days made the upper falls unsafe. I really appreciated that they prioritized safety. The company was very professional about the change. They initially offered a city tour to make up for it, but when I asked for a refund of the price difference instead, they were very fair and reimbursed half the price. I didn’t like lunch, if they didn’t not include food in tour, it might be better!? A tip for future travelers: There were two tour guides and a separate driver for our group. They all worked great to make sure we were safe and having fun, so keep in mind that tipping them separately is a great way to show appreciation for their individual work! Even with the weather delay, the slides and jumps were a highlight of my trip. Highly recommend this team for their integrity and great energy! For the tour guid, i would recommend in case they don’t want refuns, but also hlaf tour is provided, at least give people opportunity to use either of jump or slide few times, in my case i just did one climbing, one slide , and one stay under waterfall.

What a fun filled...
What a fun filled adventure! Lots of zip lines and waterfalls, with a personal guide, and a free lunch! We had a great time and felt truly immersed in the nature surrounding us. The only few things to note are that you absolutely must bring your own water shoes or sneakers and it is a rather strenuous very steep hike for at least 30-40 minutes so you really need to be quite active and fit, would not recommend for those who are not used to that activity level. While our tour got lucky and was a very small group, there are many tours together with groups as large as 30-40 plus people so when you finally get to the waterfalls in particular it can be very backed up and crowded. Our tour guide did take a large number of pictures for us, but then wanted to charge us $75 for them. Would have appreciated it more if this was negotiable or included or disclosed of at the beginning and not the end. But overall had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Tami and Jonathan for any future tours.

Monkeys and Waterfalls
This was a fun experience, the monkeys were so adorable, the staff was funny, friendly and knowledgeable. The waterfalls was a fun but tiring adventure you definitely get your workout for the day but the sights and slides and jumps all amazing. Get the tour guide Charly, he is the man and will make sure you get back safe.

Glimpse into the life in Puerta Plata
Such a great way to get a glimpse into the beautiful Puerto Plata. Edgar and Francisco were fantastic. They treated us with respect, patience and kindness. I loved seeing the hot spots! Loved the Umbrella Street and pink street. It was perfect length to get back to the resort to hit the beach. We loved our extra special treatment and a personal photographer! So fun! Also….. Edgar arranged for a transport to another City. Great communication! Thanks So Much! ☀️🌴

As the Dominican Republic’s oldest city, you might think Puerto Plata excursions all revolve around history—but that couldn’t be further from the truth. While plenty of options delve into the past at the 16th-century fortress, many showcase the lush natural landscapes of the island. Tackle rugged terrain on an ATV adventure, go horseback riding on trails leading to waterfalls, feel your adrenaline levels soar during ziplines, and then cool off during snorkeling trips and sunset catamaran cruises.
