If the boat arrives before 8am, pickup will be at 8am local Dominican Republic time. In case the boat arrives after 8am, the pick-up will be 30 min after the arrival of the boat in the relevant port. If the hiker is staying at a hotel/Airbnb in Puerto Plata, pick-up will be arranged with the client, All our reservations are informed after booking so you feel safe and confident. If your group is over the limit please contact us to assist you better. If your group will book individually please let us know to accommodate them together. Customers return to the meeting point. The tour can be cancelled due to lack of quorum but the client will be notified in time.

Had a wonderful time on this adventure. Juan Carlos was an excellent your guide. Super helpful at getting us to the excursion. He knew a ton about the local history and told us about it as we went. It’s fun to hear about the rum and the cigars and the farming that his family was involved with. Highly recommend the trip as well as Juan Carlo as a tour guide thank you!

Our driver Carlos was amazing and very patient with my family. He was very helpful, ensured we got into the tour group as soon as we arrived (because of our tight cruise schedule), and even gave us water and free baggage storage instead of paying to rent out a locker. My dad loved chatting with him on the drive there and back.

So much fun! The trek up the mountain wasnt too bad but you will need to be able to climb down a ladder and some of the stairs were a bit narrow. Expect to take nothing with you once you start the trek up the mountain. You will need water shoes that are good for walking on trails and rocks and you will only have whatever you are getting in the water on, plus a life vest and helmet provided by them. You won't be able to change or remove clothing at the top. I would recommend hiring the photographer rather than expecting to be able to catch videos/pics of the rest of your group on your own. They really keep the line moving so you will miss them jumping/sliding. Cost is about $45 usd and they give you a thumb drive before leaving. Lunch was delicious and there is a bar there too for afterwards. We did the 7 falls but I think we only slid down 3 and jumped off 1. The jump and 1 slide were at the same location. We were able to climb the ladder back up to do both. Not sure where the other 4 falls were.

An absolute great experience with top notch customer service. Communication for pick up was clear and organized. Juan Carlos was very friendly and made the ride comfortable and safe. The falls were fun and the guides there were very attentive and helpful. The buffet lunch was tasty and we had a nice conversation with the other couple on the tour. We appreciate the small group vibe for transport (once at the falls you join other groups). Overall we felt very taken care of and you can truly feel that Juan Carlos wants you to have the best time. Highly recommend!

The waterfalls and rock mini canyons were incredible. Thoroughly enjoyed the water, falls slides and jumps.
Caution: this is a strenuous climb that several people really struggled with. That should be more prevalent in the description.

Wonderful Tour, our driver Juan Carlos was friendly, professional and very informative. The drive to the falls was wonderful in a comfortable air conditioned vehicle. Upon arrival we got our vests and helmets. Our tour operator and driver Juan Carlos made had message us ahead to be prepared to bring water shoes and water protector for our cameras. Which was wonderful as we were able to capture great pictures of our experience. Will definitely recommend this your.

I would give Juan a 10 star rating if I could! Picked up on time. Amazing driver! Got us right to the falls in an air conditioned van. Was very attentive to getting our drinks ready for lunch then made us special drinks on the way back to port! Also took us to an extra stop to shop a bit! Thanks Juan for an amazing experience!! Highly recommended!!
