What are people saying about Prague

The day trip was great....
The day trip was great. Pavel was very knowledgeable and provided us with history about the different places along our walk. We stopped for lunch at a local restaurant, very good food. I would recommend this trip if you’re looking for something to do in a day near Prague.

Highly recommended!
This was amazing!
We loved the option of being picked up at our apartment. It made it so much easier. And then we had enjoyable rides in a comfortable van to our destinations. This was so much better than getting on a giant bus with a huge group of people. We were taken to the most amazing places! It is definitely worth doing. Our guide helped to make this tour extra enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable about what we were seeing and gave us so much history of the area. And the best part was, he really looked like he was enjoying his day as much as we were.
And lunch was delicious!
I would say that this is something you should not miss if you are visiting this area! It was amazing!

This was a great tour!...
This was a great tour! Hearing the stories of a communist Czechslovakia from a person who grew up and lived a good portion of his life under that regime was eye opening. Seeing the inside of the bunker was creepy and surreal but also extremely interesting. This was one of our favorite tours during our 3 weeks in Europe. If I return to Prague I'd probably take the tour a second time. I will say if you're pro-socialiam, you might walk away with some hurt feelings.

Amazing Day Out
Had a fantastic time on this day trip to Bohemian Switzerland. We were picked up and dropped off at our accommodation which was super convenient. Our tour guide Marko was really friendly, considerate, and informative. The drive to the park took about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
The first hike was to Pravcicka Brana, which took perhaps an hour to go up and then another hour to come down. The walk was not too bad, a moderate incline for most of the way, with some steep steps right at the top. The views were amazing! Then we went for lunch at a very nice restaurant in the village, which had vegetarian (fried Gouda cheese) and vegan (mushroom risotto) options- the food was quite good.
The second hike was down to the gorge to have a boat ride. Going down was not too bad and took about 20 minutes. The boat ride was about 20 minutes and the views of the river and valley were amazing. Going back up was a bit more tricky, quite steep, took just over half an hour. Marko was very patient, offered us extra water when we needed it, and kept us company as we climbed the stairs.
The third part of the day was to see the Bastei Bridge which is in the German part of the National Park. There was not much walking to do here. We just walked onto the bridge and Marko also showed us another spot where we could get a nice view of the bridge from afar. We then went home, arriving around 8pm.
Although it was a long day, it was absolutely worth it for the opportunity to see the national park and enjoy the views. Marko was an excellent guide and really made the whole day go smoothly. Would recommend to anyone visiting Prague.

First-Time Hiking Experience
It was my first hiking experience, and although it was quite tiring, it was truly enjoyable and rewarding. I joined a small group of nine, which made the journey more personal and fun. Our guide, Martin, is a very professional and attentive tour guide. I sincerely appreciated his constant help and care throughout the trip.

It is a full day, leaving...
It is a full day, leaving Prague at 0800 and returning at 1700, but it is time very well spent. The Czech countryside is lovely. Cesky Krumlov is a gem, a time machine back to the Middle Ages. I especially liked that one this tour, we were all together for the first hour or so, hearing about the history of the castle and the town but then we had 2 hours to explore on our own, have lunch wherever we wanted.

Amazing Performance
The dinner concert was amazing! The performers and instrumentalists were all professionally trained and it was a pleasure to attend. The dinner was elegant with crystal and China place settings. The only disappointment was that sodas were an additional cost. Not a deal breaker but was excepting that to be provided with dinner. I highly recommend this concert.

Fun and interesting Tour
Informative tour about history of Old Town, Prague. We visited three underground locations each one with it’s unique and interesting story. Learned about rebellion, wars, executions, floods and fires. Learnt about dark things that took place in Prague between 1200 - 1400. Well spent 90 minutes with interesting stories! I recommend this tour.

Half day Prague Castle & Cruise
Wonderful tour around the castle grounds with expert guide Tatyana.
She was very enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable.
After the walking you get to relax along the river for an hour with a drink.
After this we walked through the Jewish Quarter before finally finishing the tour in the old square.
Many thanks to all.

Walking with history…and ghosts.
This was such an interesting tour combining history with a bit of spookiness! We walked along some of the back streets discovering that some “normal looking areas” held some gruesome secrets. Sarah was lovely and was able to bring it alive ….except for the ghosts that is!

Americans In the Czech Republic
Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and fun to listen to. Even though the weather was rainy, it was one of the best tours I have taken with Viator. I was concerned at first to find out that our tour guide was American, but he knew his job because he has lived there for almost two decades! The history of the city and the country came alive.

Prague Castle & Cathedral Tour
Really good tour. Started at the Charles Bridge and then took a tram up to Prague Castle and Cathedral. Our guide, David, was very good, spoke excellent English. David gave a brief history Prague and Czech Republic to put everything into context. The castle and cathedral complex is like a mini town. The stain glass windows in the cathedral are amazing. As the cathedral took centuries to build the windows reflect the stages of its development. The tour was very good, David guided our group with ease and answered all questions that were asked. I would recommend a tour with this company.
