Door onduidelijke communicatie geen activiteiten

Helaas was er onduidelijke comunicatie, moest naar een verzamelplek op een bepaalde tijd, maar er was niemand, na 2 uur contact gehad met de aanbieder, deze gaf aan gegevens op te sturen om de app te downloaden, had misschien beter geweest om dit direct te doen bij het aanschaffen van deze beleving. Hierdoor hebben we de tocht niet kunnen uitvoeren, het zou beter zijn om de comunicatie beter te maken.
