It was absolutely brilliant. The group we were with were great fun and really engaged, and our guide, Gui Gui really was super at his job - attentive, knowledgeable and funny. Excellent company to have for the day. Versailles the town is really charming and because we got there early there was little traffic and not too many shoppers. The food tasting round the market was great and the stall holders were really helpful. We bought way too much food! The whole day was well paced and the cycling went great/was undemanding. Otherwise, Grand/Petit Trianon had relatively low crowds, but be prepared though for huge numbers at the actual palace. Best day of our holiday and some lovely memories made. So glad we booked.

When he knew I knew of a friend's family brother buried at the cemetery, he immediately went into action to get permission to bring me to the graveside and escort me. Steve goes above and beyond to be helpful.

Perfect day with Florian

My husband and I ( both in our 60s) spent our first full day in Paris exploring for seven hours with Florian. We were a bit jet lagged so others might want to save this for day two lol. Florian taught us how to use the metro. We toured Notre Dame, Shakespeare and Co bookstore, Montmartre, Sacre Coeur and so many other places. We learned a great deal. By the end of the day Florian felt like a friend. We highly recommend this tour.

Excellent knowledgeable...

Excellent knowledgeable guide. Before the trip I was very worried about the meeting place as I had read that other people missed their tour and there was no recourse. We arrived early so no problem but I was worried until we met up with the group. In other places we have visited in the world, the tours are designated a particular spot for meeting up with their guests.
