Our walking tour of Osaka was a highlight of the trip, thanks to our guide, Mary. She did an excellent job of providing a great experience, offering thorough explanations of the area's history and its transformation into the entertainment hub it is today. Walking through Dotonbori and the Hozenji Yokocho alley felt much more meaningful with the context she provided. Mary’s local insights made the neighborhood much more accessible than if we had explored it alone. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Osaka.

We booked this trip because 2 of the 3 destinations are hard to get to. It was towards the end of our trip and we knew we would also be tired and bus time is sleep time. Candy communicated well with us and always sent us the location of pick up, drop offs, recommendations etc. We really appreciated that. Nara was really great and since it was a rainy day (don't let the rain deter you), the park was not crowded and the deer were chill. Umi is a beautiful town and because of the location and the rain, no crowds either. We LOVED it there and ate the best curry of our trip. The bus was SUPER clean. Great driver. We especially liked this trip because at each location Candy would lead you to the site and then you had your own free time. That kind of "tour" is our preference for sure. Transportation was smooth. We got caught up on some sleep. Saw some cool places. Ate good food. It was a long day but very worth it. I would highly recommend this to others.

Paul was AWESOME —he did such a great job. It ended up being one of the best tours I’ve done. We got to try all kinds of cocktails and food and really got a great taste of the nightlife. My nephew was with us, and Paul made sure everyone felt included, which I really appreciated. We had such a fun night. The only thing I wish is that I had gotten more of the group photos—but overall, highly recommend!!!

We had an excellent day tour with our guide Willa. Everything ran smoothly and to time. Willa gave us the history and important information about each place we visited, and what to look out for. Of course it would be nice to have more time at each place to explore, especially as it can get very crowded. But if your time is limited and you want a great day out to see as much as possible, then I would recommend this tour. Communication before and during the day from Willa was really useful to help locate the meeting points.

Taki is excellent tour guide. Full of historical knowledge and explained it well. Plenty of food recommendations specifically for Osaka food scene. Has a the whole day itinerary well organized and managed. He’s also considerate to our personal needs. He made sure I got my goshuin stamps done

Great experience, a lot of interesting and unique information about osaka and japan. You get to see some "touristy" areas but then also see some areas you absolutely would not on other tours. Dinner is at end for anyone booking the with dinner option and was delicious.

This was by far the most informative tour my Husband and I have been on yet. If you’re a person who appreciates history and cultural I would recommend booking this tour. Our tour guide Cesar was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Japan and you can tell he enjoys it. There was so much passion in his words we felt every lesson. The bus we drove on was so big and cozy. The bus driver Oe-San so very friendly and professional. My only recommendation would be to spend more time at Hiroshima and maybe add the castle on the trip. Other than that we have no complaints. If you’re looking for a great tour whose tour guide is patient, funny, knowledgeable and is accommodating to everyone’s walking limitations. Then book with Amigo tours and make sure you get Cesar as your guide.

It was fast paced, but allowed us to see a lot. Saw several shrines, temples, Osaka Castle, and shopping/local areas. The Guide, Yama, explained everything we encountered and experienced very thoroughly. He spoke very good English and added a bit of humor that made it educational and fun!
