What are people saying about Northern Ireland

Highly recommend this tour
This was a brilliant experience! This was my first time going on one of these tours and after this one I would definitely go on one again! Gary kept us entertained from start to finish. He told us lots of facts about Ireland and played Irish music. I have come away with a much better understanding of the history of Ireland too. This tour is the perfect amount of time if you want to experience some of the sites. The Giants Causeway is brilliant and such a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this tour!

Fun day ot for everyone.
Excellent trip. Well worth the money. The driver was exceptional - full of local knowledge and stories. Every stop was worth visiting. The only stop we didn't enjoy was the distillery but that's because we don't drink. 9 hours seems a long day but it flew by. Recommend getting lunch at the pub as it was well organised and nice food. If you don't you have to sit outside which isn't ideal if raining. There is a nice coffee hut at the castle stop and a National Trust cafe at Giants Causeway too but you can only visit it if you are a member.

Incredible tour and Fantastic tour guide.
This was by far thee best thing we did in our stay in Belfast. Rob our driver/guide was so knowledgeable, insightful and personable. He showed us around the sights with humility and an incredible awareness of the history of Belfast and the troubles. The tour was an incredible tour and we would recommend to everyone to go on a Black Taxi Tour.

Positive Experience
Vast amount of information. Staff so welcoming. Exhibits excellent. So much to take in, warrants another visit. Extremely interesting yet so heartbreaking. Staff extremely helpful and courteous. We had a most engaging, informative enjoyable visit. Thank you HMS Titanic

Don’t Miss This Gigantic Opportunity
This full day tour was amazing and left us speechless. Troy is funny and personable and shared info as he drove us to the impressively restored Carrickfergus Castle and then the stunning cliffside Dunluce castle. A lunch stop allowed us to walk through the Dark Hedges of Game of Thrones fame before Troy took us to the main attraction- Giants Causeway. There are several hikes (or a bus) you can take to reach the causeway. We opted to take the red hike up the mountain which then led to stairs and a trail down to the shore and the causeway. The view from the top was absolutely breathtaking and just when we thought it could not get any better, we reached the causeway at the shore. We were literally speechless, as our brains couldn’t fathom the 40,000 plus basalt hexagonal columns. We climbed out onto them and watched the powerful waves wash in. The more moderate walk back up the blue hike was spent in some silent reflection. On the drive back to Belfast, Troy mostly played music - nice move, Troy! This was an awesome tour - I would not miss the chance to see Giants Causeway!

Worth it for the drive alone! But wait, there’s more!
The small bus excursion with Paul our driver and tour guide was easily the most beautiful road trip I have taken in my life. I was very impressed with Paul’s abilities to navigate the winding turns of the countryside while sharing insightful historical stories. His kindness and sense of humor added to it all. I’m a tour guide myself and was very impressed. I would have a hard time doing what he did. We had plenty of time at all of the sites in the mini bus was very comfortable. It was easily one of the best tours I’ve ever been on in my life. Highly recommended!

Recommend!
We really enjoyed the experience. The driver was funny & informative.
We got on the bus at the Titanic stop & off at City Hall. We saw all the sights in between & even had the option to get off at the peace wall to write a message if we wanted to.
Sit upstairs & to the left for the best views. Take cash to tip the driver at the end. He deserves it!

Thoroughly enjoyed G.O.T tour
We were met outside the belfast vistor centre in the city and taken on a 40 minute ride to the studio tour. We did this on a sunday afternoon on the 2pm tour. It was perfect
Very quiet so able to take it all in and take pictures with out a queue. It took us about 2 hours to walk round leisurely
Great experience for GOT fans or creative/ film entrepreneurs 😍

Driver really made the trip :)
Tour guide was great and very kind. Very interesting. He was very knowledgeable about all things Ireland and told stories about folklore, Irish culture and past, along with playing some traditional Irish music.
Stunning views! Even in the rubbish weather or was still worth it.

A must do for Game of Thrones fans!
It was very convenient. Beautiful views of the countryside. While traveling on a comfortable bus with a very knowledgeable tour guide. Pleasant Irish music played for our enjoyment. I did this excursion for my friend Jen who couldn't be here.A must do on her list!!!

Beautiful countryside and fantastic tour guide !
This is a fabulous tour. The countryside is beautiful with lots of rolling hills , sheep and cows. We had sufficient enough time to hike to the Giants Causeway expend time taking photos. The tour guide was also the bus driver and he did a fantastic job providing information about the city of Belfast . We would recommend this tour to everyone! The guide was a blessing! It was a very relaxing experience.

Excellent full-day excursion!
we opted for Viator’s tour, rather than the comparable tour offered by our cruise line. It was half the price, but longer and included more stops. Our excellent driver, Stephen, multitask and acted as driver and tour guide. He did a great job, and his mission seemed to be to get his passengers to the site before the other big cruise buses. It worked! We had open viewing of the Giants Causeway hundreds of people poured in.
It didn’t hurt that we had perfect weather. Plenty of time to explore and have a pint in the pub there before heading on for a quick lunch break in Bushmill.
The drive-through the northern Ireland countryside was beautiful and he was a very proficient driver.
