Allow 3 hours for this fantastic place. You are taken on a journey from industrial Belfast to Titanic's build and subsequent sinking. They leave nothing out and all the information is very accessible and easy to absorb being multi presented.

The Museum itself is very good. Towards closing time the staff starts closing down floors even though the museum is still technically open. If this is the case then they should have a cur off time that they will not admit anybody. If you go, go early so you are not pushed through by Museum staff.

Well worth 2-3 hours of history , but book in advance , earlier the better in the day and not in school holidays

It’s very moving at the end, very interesting with the history of why the titanic was build in belfast
Robert_Q, Jul 2026
A fun time and we learned so much more about the actual building of the ship, the workers and owners of the building company.
Coulter_P, Jul 2026
Incredibly interesting and informative with a variety of experiences. Beautifully designed building right next to the site of the Titanic’s building site.

It takes about two hours to get around this venue. It is so interesting . There are restaurants and gift shops at the venue also. Your ticket includes a visit to the Nomadic boat as well.

A must see when in Belfast. The visit was so much more than expected. You can appreciate all the effort that went into constructing the Titanic. So glad we did this visit. So well put together.

Give yourself plenty of time to take it all in. The exhibition is extremely well put together with lots of interactive facilities and sensory experiences. We visited just before leaving for the airport and so I was impressed with the lockers on the ground floor and the ease with which to order a taxi from the venue. The staff were attentive and friendly, managing queues and expectations really well. The whole visit was 4 hours but we did take our time and had a snack and a browse in the shop afterwards. You could do it quicker but it's so immersive, why would you?

Good timeline of the building of the Titanic and voyage, good history of Belfast.
Should be part of your Belfast trip
Rosemary_N, Jul 2026
Really good but far too crowded even with time slots - the queue for the special 'car ride' experience was 40 mins long

Titanic Belfast is an absolutely brilliant attraction and a must-visit when in Belfast. The interactive exhibits are engaging, informative and beautifully presented, bringing the story of the Titanic to life from its construction through to its legacy. The building itself is stunning, and the entire experience is both educational and moving. One of the highlights of our trip to Ireland and highly recommended.

Very detailed and interesting. Might be too much for small kids. Learned a lot about the tragedy of the Titanic and the changes to maritime law that followed.
Donna_S, Jul 2026

Great insights into all aspects related with Titanic . From construction to the accident. Very interesting.

The museum begins with the building of the Titanic. From the 1st floor, you go to the 4th floor. There is a wonderful ride that shows the various inner workings of it being built. From the 4th floor, you go down providing a visual representation of the ship from beginning to the end. Lots of information but worthwhile.

It was a great museum. We learned very much about the building of Titanic. Everything was well done.
Margaret_M, Jul 2026
This is very interesting with a good mix of ways of getting information. There is a lot of reading but some interactive displays and talks from staff. Although entry is given by time slots it was still very busy which made seeing displays very difficult.
retegrimm, Jul 2026
The Titanic Museum is fabulous! “A must see” when you are in Belfast Ireland. The museum has everything you need a restroom to Gift Shop and two places to eat. The building itself is new and beautifully done.

Fabulous experience. Loved it all. Lucky friends had told us about the drawing room 2 no one at the exhibit told us.

The Titanic Museum is a must experience for everyone who visits Belfast. From the moment you step inside the wonderful architecture of the building you are immersed in the history of the Titanic from the cradle to the grave. Everything you would ever want to know about the ship is cleverly detailed in many different formats.....keeping everyone's attention captivated by the sheer amount of knowledge and exhibits displayed.
This is certainly a trip not to be missed. I will definitely be recommending a visit to all my family and friends.
Janne_F, Jun 2026
Creative presentation and a genuine experience. Staff were helpful and it was easy on the bus to access. The buggy ride was a fantastic innovation and the stories of survivors heart wrenching. What a sad end to an engineering marvel.
