Rory was an excellent guide, driver, and raconteur! He was keen to point out sites of interest along the way and gave us clear tips as to how to make the most of our visit. Highly recommend!

Informative, funny and helpful guided tour. Lucky with the weather. 3.5 hours was perfect length for the trip. Do the early morning trip to avoid the queues

It is a nice way to get out and see the Causeway. We didnt want to do a full day as we only had a couple days in Belfast. It was a perfect half day. The bus is fantastic and comfortable. The tour guide gave a nice talk on a few places we passed and some history. Nice irish music to finish our trip. Very punctual!
Patrick_L, Aug 2026
Definitely pick the morning trip as it was quieter than the afternoon excursions. Listen to the guide as he has lots of information and knowledge to pass on

Despite the windy and rainy weather at the Giant's Causeway, we had a fantastic experience. Our tour guide, Shane, was friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging throughout the trip. His enthusiasm and sense of humor made the day both enjoyable and memorable. If you're looking for a great tour guide, Shane is the person to ask for!

It was worth an experience visiting the Cauaseway. We left earlier from our scheduled time and had enough time to explore the area. Our driver Gary was very knowledgeable, courteous and even knows some history and poetry. Pleasant drive with only 16 of us in the bus. We left at 7:20 instead of the scheduled time which is 8AM once all the guests came on time.

Excellent commentary from Kieran - enjoyed the experience - there was fog, unfortunately so the Giant’s Causeway view was poor

This was such a nice way to see the iconic Giant’s Causeway without it taking your entire day. Kieron was a great guide and driver, keeping us informed and entertained on the drive. He had a good mix of stories, information, humor, and time to just observe the beautiful scenery. There was just enough time to hike out the top of the cliffs and then back down near the causeway at a brisk pace. We found it perfect and it left us with the rest of the day to enjoy Belfast.

This was a wonderful experience. The paddy wagon was very visible at the pickup spot, clean and comfortable inside. The journey had a lot of sights and natural beauty, and the driver/ host did a great job at letting us know what to look out for and telling some jokes on the way. The causeway was beautiful and more accessible than I thought, considering it's wild terrain. The value for money on this excursion was terrific!

Brilliant trip ..our guide Gary was excellent..we learned a lot of history about Belfast and he was informative and funny.

Our driver (Garry) was funny, knowledgable and we give him 5 stars!! The tour was everything we expected and more. The half day tour was perfect for us!

The morning is best as it gets much busier later on. Our guide was very informative and had a good sense of humour- we thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend

Our guide was great, maybe the best we’ve ever had. (I have been to 80+ countries.) The scenery was breathtaking and the guide’s narrative was superb.

Paddy wagon tour was excellent. The bus driver made the trip fun. I like all the stories he shared with the group.

Worth the trip to see this iconic heritage site. Even though the skies were a bit gloomy it added to the dramatic scenery. Highly recommend.

Amazing, knowledgeable driver with a great sense of humor. Always felt safe and well cared for. The trip was comfortable, and the stay was short(as planned), but great. You’d probably need a full day to cover the grounds, but an hour or so gives you enough for some exploring and photos. Glad we squeezed this into our short stint in Belfast!

Bus left at 8 o’clock sharp! The driver provided commentary on places of interest as we left the city. He also played Irish music on the way there and back, gave us some background info on Irish history and talked about folklore and superstitions. He was clear about departure times and gave advice on safety as it was a wet day.
The Causeway was great to see but we didn’t go right down or climb up high as it was fairly slippery! We walked down to it but got the wee bus back up the hill as it’s quite steep. The time actually flew in and we felt a bit rushed at the end. Would have liked to have gone in the hotel for a cuppa as we were cold. It was still a fantastic experience though!

Great little half day tour if you're short on time, guide Rory great cràic & very informative, only negative is tour does not include time at bridge which apparently is not included anymore as coach can not get nearer so site needs to update itiniary to state this.
searchlori, Jul 2026
This was a very fun and informative trip. Our driver Rory did a fantastic job explaining everything we were seeing
Jessica_G, Jul 2026
Gary was very knowledgeable, had well rehearsed jokes, and a pleasure to spend the day with! Just don’t be the last on the bus.
Melissa_D, Jun 2026
Rory was great. He was funny and knowledgeable and a great driver with these tiny streets. He was very clear in his directions on when to be back and where to meet.

This trip was definitely one of the best I have ever been on and believe me I have been on many.
The scenery is mind blowing and a must to see for everyone that visits Belfast. However what really made the trip for me was Colin our driver. His welcome was so friendly and it immediately put everyone at ease.
Colin's knowledge of his subject was absolutely mind blowing. His pace, pitch, tone, volume and delivery of his messages were perfect. He managed to captivate his audience with just the right amount of honesty, austere and humour dependent on the subject matters. Colin is such an asset to his Company....many thanks for such a wonderful visit

Garry was a great driver and tour guide. Friendly. Informative. Recommended we go to the causeway first as it would get busier so we were able to take some great photos. It was much appreciated.

Morning half a day tour is perfect for this natural wonder. You'll beat the crowds that start arriving to the spot when you are leaving the place. The tour operator was efficient and the coach driver cum guide, Gerry, was informative and good.
Janet_N, Jun 2026
A great morning. Driver Rory - super - knew lots about things to look out for on the journey. Informative, friendly and professional.
julie_o, Jun 2026
Great ride out to see the Giants Causeway, the driver was very knowledgeable and entertaining It was a shame we were unable to stop and view the Dark Hedges as we had visited the studio of Game of Thrones the day before but great that the driver pointed them out for us.
We actually took a morning tour but it gave us an insight as to what we could expect of a full day.
We would certainly recommend the tour (and the driver).
Reagan_S, Jun 2026
The bus is a long portion but you are given plenty of time to look around. Don’t expect much related to game of thrones as that stop is a moving stop only.

Excellent half day visit to the Giants Causeway. Used the trip as an easy way to get to the causeway rather than use public transport. Our driver Gary made it more than that by pointing out things of interest on the way, playing some good music, telling us some Irish folklore stories and giving us a brief history lesson too. By taking the half day morning tour we also arrived reasonably early to the causeway and were able to clamber around on the rocks before more of the crowds arrived. An excellent tour and well worth the money.

Trip itself was great with some interesting history.
Giants Causeway itself was a little underwhelming, nice enough scenery but nothing spectacular. Interesting stone formation but not as grand as we were expecting.
