From Budva ( or from a nother city) driving up towards Cetinje, the royal capital of Montenegro. From Cetinje we enter national park Lovcen , which is proclaimed to be National Park in 1952., it is located on the border of 2 completely different natural locations SEA and MOUNTAIN.
