Our family plus 85 year old mom enjoyed the great tour! We had a previous walking tour of old town and Mirko shifted to another area to discover other places of interest for us. What you will find: Mirko is warm, knowledgeable, and flexible to meet your tour needs! You will not be disappointed!

Mirko was a great host for our short Montenegro stay. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about his country and we enjoyed our tour. We stopped at the oldest restaurant in the country and sampled their prosciutto and local wines. What a delight. With every twisting switchback combined with dense fog, we were grateful to have such a skilled driver.

We toured with Mirko on this day, and he was an outstanding guide and driver.
We give Mirko an outstanding rating - he's a fun guy to talk to, he has great insights for the areas you visit, his English skills are top-notch, and he has excellent driving skills to navigate the challenging roads of the area.
We saw a lot of the Kotor / Budva area on the tour, viewed incredible vistas from the top of the hills, had a terrific lunch in the hills, and had an excellent tour of Kotor Old Town. Overall it was a great day - comparing notes with other cruise ship passengers, we saw much more of the area than others.
So.....would I take the tour again? No.....unless the price of the tour was lowered by 30%. Compared to all the other tours we took on this two-week vacation, this one was the most expensive and we simply didn't feel the value proposition was there. Yes - we had a great guide. Yes - we saw a lot and had a great time. But.....the cost/value simply isn't there. I truly hate to say this, but my goal is to inform other potential clients so they can make their own decision. If you can't find a similar, highly-rated tour for less money, by all means consider this one.

Regarding the prices , you must know that there is middle man between the customers and tour operator. For better prices there is a way to reach out to different tour operators directly, where the prices can be without middle man of course.

Petar was our guide and driver for this tour. He was very knowledgeable about many aspects of Montenegro and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed his company and this tour. Lovcen Mountain National Park is not to be missed. The views were awesome. Driving the serpentine road was a highlight and Petar was safe driving the tight hairpin turns, always remaining calm and patient. After this tour and just seeing a small portion of the country, my husband and I will be back to Montenegro. We would definitely use Petar's tour company for our travels.

Our guide Mirko was excellent. The itinerary he planned worked very well for us. We particularly enjoyed our stop at the smoke house and restaurant in Njeguši for a snack of prosciutto and cheese. The walking tour of the old town was fascinating. Mirko was very knowledgeable about Montenegrin history and politics.

We were on a cruise from Barcelona to Venice and booked this excursion on our own. Best decision of the trip! Mirko was our guide and he couldn't have been better. He was very knowledgeable, passionate, and educated as well as being an amazing driver. Driving in Montenegro, much like Italy, is a crazy wild ride and he made us feel safe while not missing a beat giving us the history of the area. Coming into the port was truly magnificent and unexpectedly beautiful. We will definitely return to this area in the future and won't hesitate to request Mirko.

It's amazing that a day trip can show you the very best of Montenegro, but this tour can do just that. Our guide, Mirjana, was so knowledgeable about her country and it's history that we feel we got a good history lesson all while exploring this beautiful place. There was so much packed into one day, yet we came back full of smiles and excitement about our new discovery... Montenegro!

This was an amazing experience. Everything was well organized and planned professionally. The van is new and spacious.. We learned a lot about Montenegro and saw it’s beautiful landscape. My husband and I booked this tour at the last minute for when our Windstar ship was in port. Reply was received within an hour with good instructions on meeting our guide at a port we had never visited. Our guide was waiting when we got off the ship, and Mirko took us on a beautiful, interesting tour into the mountains and smaller surrounding villages. Since it was just the 3cof us, we peppered him with questions and by the time our tour was over, we felt like friends. He spoke perfect English, and we were comfortable in a Mercedes minivan. It was hot near the shore but much cooler in the mountains. The views of the sea and the fjord were spectacular from high on the mountain. Mirko took us to a village cafe and we enjoyed delicious wine, prosciutto, and homemade bread. Best of our entire trip! I highly recommend this tour. It was everything we expected and more since we were his only guests. We enjoyed the spectacular scenery and learning about Montenegro. Kotor was a beautiful town, but with our tour, we gained a better understanding of Montenegro's citizens as well, represented well by Mirko our guide.

Our guide, Marianne, was very knowledgeable and courteous, and did all she could to make this trip successful. we enjoyed the Montenegro scenery. we would have preferred however on a hot day like we had to also have an opportunity and time to dip in the inviting waters in one of the beautiful beached we passe.
