Easy to find guide in front of church. She explained some history and items about the painting. We then went through security and for our que. We entered the room and had 15 minutes to view the painting. That was a good amount of time. Guide spoke great English. I was satisfied with the tour.

When you are arriving in a foreign city and not sure which way to go, it is reassuring to see your name displayed on a digital board held by someone with a smile. We were greeted at the Milan Linate Airport in the immediate area following luggage collection. There was no need to wonder how to go about locating our driver. Our driver, Alona, was waiting with our name on a digital board and this was extremely helpful in locating her. Alona took care of loading our luggage and off we went. She was very professional and pleasant. We were at our hotel in no time. The van used to pick up our group of 6 was spacious and clean. Definitely recommend this company and their service. Kudos to the company and especially Alona. We thank you!

Our tour of the Duomo was wonderful! Even though it rained all day, which put a bit of a damper on things, we still made the most of it and had a fantastic experience. The tour was perfect and very informative, and we learned so much about the history and details of the cathedral that we never would have noticed on our own. Our guide was engaging and knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts throughout the tour that really brought everything to life. Access to the Duomo rooftop was the cherry on top of the experience. Even in the rain, it was incredible to see the architecture up close and take in the views. It’s something that absolutely must not be skipped if you’re touring the Duomo. Despite the rainy weather, the experience was memorable and completely worth it. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting!

We went during the Olympics so it was very busy. This was the 3rd time we opted for a guided tour and Simone was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and got us through lines very quickly. The castle and it's museums are very unique in that 60-70% of the artifacts are not behind any glass and you can still see a lot of the details.

Our tour guide was very passionate about the La Scala theatre and gave us excellent insight into the history of the theatre. They were setting up for a Wagner opera and it was fascinating to see the backstage magic being done. The tour is highly recommended.

The pick up was easy. The ride to Venice smooth and I loved the information provided by Barbie as we entered different parts of the country. The boat ride from Venice port to San Marco… just spectacular! Martina , our guide in Venice, super friendly. I loved it. The walking was manageable and the food was superb! We really loved it. I am 53 female with a 30 male son & we both loved the adventure.

Starts with the 45 minutes at the convent and Last Supper 15 minute timed entry. It’s a must see experience. After that, you can stay with the group or proceed on your own. We stayed with Linda, who gave a great tour of Sforza Castle, which is open to the public. Some people seemed surprised it was a 3 hour tour, but the the tour follows the Viator listing itinerary.

Erika was great taking us from Milan to Lake Como. She was able to accommodate our delayed train and also show us some beautiful spots along the trip. She was very polite and helpful and even was able to accommodate a request we had on our route. Her music selection in the car was perfect also. Overall a great experience and I strongly recommend her.
