What are people saying about Mexico City

Worth every peso — ask for Hector
Hector made this tour. My family and I spent a morning at Teotihuacán with him, and his knowledge of the site — culture, architecture, history, even archaeoastronomy — turned a walk among ruins into something far richer. On our own we would have looked at the pyramids and left. With Hector we saw the feathered serpent carvings, the puma mural, and sections where the original color still survives, each with the context that made it matter. If you're deciding whether the private tour is worth it: it is, and ask for Hector.

A Day at Teotihuacan!
I truly enjoyed the journey. I gained a lot of knowledge about the Aztecs and how their contributions paved the way for what society benefits from today. The tour guides were also knowledgeable and made themselves available to answer questions or provide support in any manner. However, there is a downside. The van hired to take us on this journey was cramped. I felt like a sardine in a can. There was no room to move, which contributed to my claustrophobia. And because the van was so tight, I (and others) felt every bump in the road, which contributed to my motion sickness. Further, although a good guide, Edgar told too many jokes, which ended with "just kidding, just kidding." Perhaps limiting the jokes and providing more substantive information that appeals to why people take this journey. Overall, Edgar did a good job... he just needs to polish his pitch!

Ernesto and Barbara were...
Ernesto and Barbara were very friendly guides, very knowledgeable and sweet! Cesar was an amazing driver. This was an amazing experience! We made one stop on the way to Tolantango for breakfast, and then we went to the caves and the river. We then drove to the pools, where there is also a restaurant in case you want to have lunch/some drinks. You have plenty of time to relax and hang out which made this a very fun and chill activity. On the way back we stopped for pastes - a delicious pastry from Hildago - and then headed back to CDMX! A very full day, but incredibly fun!

Fun water activities 🤿
This is a must do experience if you are visiting CDMX! Damian was our guide for our tour and he made this trip a breeze. I liked they provided items for the activities which included: towels, water bottle, shampoo, soap, head light, water protector for your phone, blanket, toilet paper, and a bag to carry it all ( which is nice if you don’t want to get your personal bag wet or pay for storage ) They give you two towels, one that’s in the bag, and another one during the last water activity to shower. When they give you the second towel it’s in a plastic bag so you can use it to put your wet clothes! One thing that I would highly recommend is getting water shoes! During the cave and river activity it can get very rocky. Many people bought them on the 2nd stop on the way there. Make sure to bring cash‼️‼️ 10/10 tour and guide 😊
