The first stop of the tour includes the arrival in Taormina where passengers will have about 3 hours to calmly explore one of the most characteristic cities of Sicily. In Taormina it will be possible to walk along the famous Corso Umberto, the main street of the city, full of shops for shopping and restaurants to taste our typical dishes. We will continue our tour starting towards Piedimonte Etneo and visiting the vineyard "La Gelsomina". The tour includes several packages not included in the price of the tour. We very much enjoy the day. Corrado our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable about the volcanic eruptions and the aftermath it left. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with Michael! He was a super safe driver and very knowledgeable and informative. His English was excellent. Absolutely amazing!! Chiara met us right at the dock and took her time explaining everything about her beautiful city telling us the rich history and ensuring we saw all the main highlights, especially the 12 noon astronomical clock presentation. She even ensured we had a spot in the shade. While I was filming she was explaining everything level as it played and I got it all on my phone. The trip and tour of the puppet museum and meeting the owners was stunning. She took us to a small shop for our last spot and we enjoyed some flavorful granita!! So refreshing especially since it was 73 degrees outside. She also took time to point us to some great places to eat and to shop. As we were walking around we turned down a street and I pointed out to my husband the Discover Messina business and she was there. Her boss called us over and we were able to meet him and thank him for his great guide. He gave us a great souvenir of the area - yummy!! It was an easy walk for those who might be concerned with mobility issues.
