We only had one day on Sicily and wanted to see as much as we could. This tour - with port pick up and drop off - met all of our expectations, and more!! Our driver and guide were both animated and interesting and made our visiting each location truly a wonderful experience. We recommend this tour.

WOW! What fun! Nicola Copola and his tour guide Yana did an excellent Job of showing us around Sicily and keeping us entertained. My wife and two children were driven around and given a great personal experience by the Copola team. The tour lasted a good long time and was very educational. I would highly recommend this tour!

Wonderful tour with Nicola Coppola and guide Silvia, it was such fun. There are a few surprises which I won't spoil, and these made it truly memorable. Nice vehicle, water available, great people. Yana was an incredible guide! We had a wonderful time on our private tour. There were 10 of us and we were very comfortable on the tour. Beautiful views and even got to see Mt Etna without to many clouds at the top. Highly recommend this tour and ask for Yana.

Wow what a duo. Nino our driver was amazing and so was Yli our guide! They were both so amazing and friendly. They showed us all around Sicily. I really enjoyed the tour and learning about Sicily. It was such a pleasure to get to know them both! All the different spots they took us to were beautiful. After the tour was over they walked us right up to our ship gate and made sure we got there safely! I highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide Asya was fantastic. It was awesome to have our group of 10 all in one vehicle. They met us as we walked off the cruise ship and we visited all of the cities we wanted to. The only thing I would change is when visiting Taormina knowing to go straight to the Greek ruins instead of visiting all the shops. Also, I would want to spend more time in Messina especially the churches.

Being Scammed by the tour guide at the luncheon restaurant. Took us to his restaurant where we were overcharged and when we noticed he said they will give you euros for the difference. How did he know that? because he has done it before. Why didn't the restaurant just credit us the mistake and then debit us the correct amount. Our supposition because that would raise consistent red flags. Plus, he ordered an expensive lunch which we paid for Don't use Coppola tours, His name was Alex./

congratulations ma'am for your review, something that has never happened to me is that people invite the guide to have lunch with them and then ask for a refund of the guide's lunch (€24.00 restaurant located on the main street of Taormina where 1 coffee costs €4.50) I wanted to remind you that the guide was not included in the Tour but I had you accompany me anyway without asking for money, you were supposed to stay 2 hours but instead you stayed more than 3 hours (without me asking for payment differences ) when we arrived in Messina we offered cannoli and Granite, The problem was at the restaurant where they got the bill wrong and they refunded you in cash, We don't have any agreement with any restaurant offending a person who works every day I could even file a lawsuit, I I think you need to apologize to Alex for what you wrote, we believe in our work and what we do, your criticisms will help us to be stronger. sicilytoubycoppola
