Pinky pink ✨🩷
This trip to Las Coloradas was gorgeous, and a lot of activities (visit the lakes, swimming in the beach, boating in the lakes with flamingos, lunch in Rio Lagartos…), it was very nice to see the flamingos 🦩 and the pink lakes ✨, the guide was amazingly friendly.

Wonderful tour of Uxmal and Cenotes
A fantastic tour. Jorge was an incredible guide with the greatest depth of knowledge. He looked after us really well and was able to give us the richest of tours whilst also being honest about common misconceptions about Mayan history. He deeply cares about the environment and that is at the heart of the message of the tour. We had a fantastic time with our two young children who really enjoyed the tour. We really loved the authentic local lunch and the two cenotes were fantastic especially the open one which really was beautiful. This is nature and history at its finest combined. Highly recommended

Sammie was great!
Samuel (Sammie) made the experience so comfortable! I was the only English speaker in the tour and he seamlessly went from English to Spanish throughout the day. He also had a depth of knowledge and had ties to the Mayan culture that made the whole tour so relevant and unique!

Wonderful experience!
Jorge was an absolutely amazing guide! Very knowledgeable and kind. Jimmy was a great driver and the trip was smooth. We saw many flamingos and they had spare binoculars for us to use. The mangroves were so beautiful and we had lunch at a beautiful spot on the ocean. Swimming in the ocean was amazing with warm water and small waves. This was a great trip, and Jorge and Jimmy made it amazing!

Fantastic Food, Markets, and Mérida Culture with an Amazing Guide
We had a fantastic experience on this tour, and so much of that was thanks to our guide, Diego. He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and incredibly engaging from start to finish.
Diego took us through a couple of markets, including the huge and wonderfully chaotic Mercado Lucas de Gálvez. Along the way, he introduced us to fruits we had never tried before, let us sample delicious cochinita pibil from a market stall, and guided us through the market as we purchased ingredients for our cooking class. Even though this wasn’t technically a history tour, Diego shared fascinating insights about Mérida’s history and the history of the market, which made the experience feel even richer.
After the market visit, we hopped on a Va y Ven bus (my first time riding one, but definitely not my last) and headed to the home of Doña Leo. She walked us through the preparation of a mouthwatering meal that included chicken pibil, chaya empanadas, and more. Everything was absolutely delicious, even for a slightly picky eater like me.
Diego and Doña Leo were gracious, patient, and welcoming throughout the entire experience. We spent about six hours with Diego, but the time flew by because he kept us entertained and engaged the whole way. As a bonus, Diego also helped me with my Spanish, even though that wasn’t part of the tour at all. I’m always grateful for corrections and encouragement as I try to improve, and he was kind enough to help.
Overall, this was a wonderful tour with a great guide, a delicious meal, and a truly memorable experience. 10 out of 10, highly recommend — and thank you, Diego!

A turnkey experience!
Expect a wonderful time. Our guide took care of my needs from start to finish. Rosendo was marvelous, the whole tour took place with the punctuality of a German train schedule, but was as forgiving as Hawaiiian Time when the need arose. Rosendo speaks perfect English and also French, and he’s very passionate and knowledgeable about Mayan culture and history. I can highly recommend this tour.

Freddie was great; loved the cenote
Well organized- Freddie, our guide, was great. Enough time at Chichen Itza, great choice of cenote (it wasn’t very crowded at all. Made for a beautiful and tranquil experience. Bring your swimsuits, flip flops and towels. There are changing rooms and lockers at the cenote.) Buffet is just okay. Yellow town was fine- super hot so they drove us first for a 20 minute stop at the convent, and then a 20 minute stop at the temple. Great timing. Got back around 4:30.
The only room for improvement is pickup. Id recommended doing hotel pickups since the start time is so early.

Great tour!
The tour was great. Chichen Itza is a must see, the buffet for lunch had some of the best cochinita pibil I've had in the Yucatán and Izamel is an awesome town. Mauricio our guide was great too. He was friendly and knowledgeable about all of the local history and culture.

This was one of the...
This was one of the highlights of our trip!!! We are so many delicious foods and had such an amazing time. I would definitely recommend doing this to learn your way around Merida and to find out where there are authentic, delicious places to eat!
We brought our 2 kids (6&8) with us and they loved it as well!

A nice day exploring Mayan sites
It’s an excellent way to see two important Mayan sites and the height of the Puuc style, UXMAL and KABAH; our guide Pedro was excellent, very knowledgeable and impressively guiding in both English and Spanish. The lunch was really tasty and the museum of chocolate very interesting - highly recommend the cold/fredo chocolate drink at the cafe.

Culinary discovery
This was a deliciously awesome experience in Merda's market that you can only have by hiring a guide. Diego is an extremely nice person, knolegable and passionate of the Yucatan food. We tasted many local fruits and then different food with amazing flavours. Kastacan was our favourite. We ended with marchesitas and ice cream. After the tour we received an email from Diego with a detailed description of the tour so we can remember the names of different foods and a cookbook. We highly recommend this tour.

Great tour and guide
It was a nice day. The cenotes were fantastic. The guide was excellent. I was the only native English speaker and could understand his Spanish but he made sure I understood everything. He expertly handled a very difficult situation with a 20 year old girl on our tour who decided that having 10 tequila shots was a good idea.
