Freddy and his assistant were delightfully engaging with the talent to convey their in-depth knowledge while keeping it light and entertaining. The temple of Chichen Itza was wonder to dwell inside with the ancients. But the Cenote was the jewel of the day. Taking the early start tour at 6:00AM was a defiantly a benefit. We arrived before the heat of the day as well as the incoming tour buses of tourists. They kept us one step ahead. They accommodated the very young to the other end of the spectrum. We enjoyed the tour and would recommend anyone with an interest in ancient history not to miss this tour.

Enjoyed the visit to Chichen Itza. We did not want to extend the day trip to 12 hours with the other offerings so pleased we could just do this & return to Merida.

This tour was an awesome way to see Chichen Itza if you’re short on time! We were picked up directly from our hotel, which made it super easy for our large group. Special shoutout to Freddy, whose interactive presentation of Chichen Itza’s history on the van ride was much appreciated!

I personally really liked the express tour as all I wanted to do was visit Chichen Itza and I did not need all the other excursions that most of the other tours provided as well. Resando was a perfect tour guide and I highly recommend everyone get a guide like him as I learned so much fascinating information. It would not have been the same experience without a guide.

This was a great way to see the site as getting there early before the heat and the crowds is the way to do it. The pick up location was super convenient. Don’t let the early start time put you off.

This tour was excellent! The early morning departure gave us the opportunity to see the site before the crowds arrived, and they did! It was a foggy morning and we left the site as the sun had broken through and was heating things up. Our guide, Rosendo, was extremely knowledgeable and interesting. We would highly recommend this tour.

I can honestly say I had the most incredible day! Julian our guide was wonderful, incredibly knowledgeable and great company. He was very passionate about Chichén Itza and taught us a lot - great at answering any questions. The cenote was absolutely beautiful and we had more than enough time to swim and eat. Neither place felt like we had too little or too much time. Definitely book with this operator, you’ll have a great experience! Thank you Julian ☺️

Loved the excursion to Chichen Itza. Our guide Freddy and driver Efrain were great. Freddy was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed our tour because of him. He had great suggestions. We wanted a short tour since we had our granddaughter and it was perfect. It was also at a perfect time where it was early with not a lot of people.

Sfortunatamente non è stata un'esperienza positiva.
In teoria il tour doveva essere solo per Chichen Itza, ma una volta saliti a bordo del van abbiamo scoperto che includeva altri due stop: uno a un Cenote l'altro in una cittadina vicina al sito archeologico. Per fortuna noi avevamo comunque deciso di staccarci dal gruppo a Chichen Itza, altrimenti sarebbe stato un problema.
Un'altra cosa cosa che non ci è piaciuta è stata l'esperienza al sito archeologico: ci sono state date poche spiegazioni e non molto chiare, e dopo poco più di un'ora siamo rimasti 45 minuti a vagare per il sito senza guida. Sarebbe stato meglio limitare il tempo libero, in quanto il sito è molto grande e richiederebbe un tour più lungo e dettagliato.
Infine, non ci è piaciuto l'approccio della guida che, in due occasioni, e dilungandosi molto, ha provato a venderci dei souvenirs che si trovano al sito. L'abbiamo trovato davvero poco corretto e di cattivo gusto.
