Excellent souk guide!
Excellent tour through the famous souks of Marrakech! Our guide, Ishmael, was very knowledgeable and brought us to off-the-beaten-path spots away from most tourists so we could see more artisans at work. He even offered to help make deals for us as we bartered for goods. Highly recommend!

MUST do food tour!!
If you’re in Morocco, you MUST do this food tour — it’s 100% worth it!!
I’m a big foodie and I travel all the time, and this is honestly one of the best food tours I’ve been on. It was me and my partner, and we did the evening tour, which made the whole experience even better. The vibes, the energy, everything — just perfect.
The people were amazing, and my tour guide was incredible. We tried so many different foods, and it really felt like a true taste of the culture. You’re not just eating — you’re actually experiencing Morocco in a deeper way. This set the bar really high, so if you’re in Morocco, definitely do it. Don’t even think about it.

If you love cooking take this class!!
This was such a fun experience — honestly one of my favorite things I did.
We did the cooking class in someone’s home, which made it feel so personal and authentic. We made so many different dishes, and let me tell you… the food was AMAZING. Like real, authentic Moroccan cuisine — everything tasted so good.
I’ve done a few cooking classes before, and this is definitely one of the best ones I’ve done. The whole experience was just fun, welcoming, and something I’d 100% do again.
If you’re in Morocco, just do it. Don’t even think about it.

An authentic and...
An authentic and pleasantly unexpected food experience. We were open to trying a wide variety of flavors and dishes, and this experience took us to local spots surrounded by residents—places we likely wouldn’t have had the confidence to try on our own.
We had no issues with the food, either during or after, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this to anyone seeking something truly authentic but who may have concerns about food safety. It was safe, clean, and genuinely immersive.

Guide company...
Guide company communicated extremely well via what’s app starting the say before. Great seeing the Berber culture. Hike wasn’t exhaustive, about 30 minutes to the fountain than 30 minutes back. However there’s some tricky terrain, small curbs, cliff sides (20ft) that you must walk through. It’s not difficult but if you’re someone with balance issues it could be challenging. Well worth every penny. They served us a small breakfast with tea. And we purchased the lunch which was fantastic.

Fab food tour
This was fab. My two boys, 18 and 14, love their food so this was the ultimate experience for them. Our guide Ali was excellent. Rather than the touristy main square, we tried local food in little out the way places. Perfect to do on our first night to get well orientated as well. Highly recommend

Very fun and informative
Yaya was out guide. He was very personable and a lot of fun. We had a large group of 18 and he made everyone feel welcome. The food we tried was tasty (except for the snails!) And interesting. He added stories and history of the food. We enjoyed him and his presentation very much.

Excellent, informative and fun tour
The tour was excellent in every way. The selection of food and drinks provided an informed introduction to Moroccan food and enabled us to see and taste things we would have completely missed if we had tried to do this on our own. Rashid was the perfect guide - knowledgeable, interesting and good humoured. He was considerate to all in the group and paced the tour accordingly. Thank you for a great experience.

Fantastic and Fun Experience, Definately Recommended!!
This was really one of the highlights of our holiday. Najla made us feel really welcome she is super knowledgeable and explained all about the herbs and spices we used and how best to introduce them into various dishes. We firstly went to the local market to select the herbs and meat (the chicken was so fresh it was still warm!!)
The whole experience was interactive and we were one of three couples in the class. We each took turns at preparing different elements of the starters and our main dish 'The Tagine', the food was fabulous. We have taken lots of ideas away with us to introduce to meals back in the UK and Najla even emailed us after the class with lots of recipes and information on all of the spices and marinades we used and prepared. Definately recommended!!

Loved everything about this!
Loved everything about this excursion. We started out sharing tea around a big table filled with jars of spices where our coordinator taught us about the spices used in Moroccan cuisine. We had the chance to smell them and learn of their origins. She explained about the traditional tagine, both the cookware and the meal. From there, we went to the cooking area, where we learned from the dada (female cook) how to make 3 traditional dishes. Everyone was so happy to be there and work with us, which made working in the kitchen pure joy. Finally, we sat in the dining room and were served the meal we just cooked. We highly recommend this excursion.

Perfect introduction to Moroccan cooking
We spent a lovely morning learning about Moroccan food and culture including tea with chef Yousef! Beautiful tastes and smells all round and great company. My partner and I were there on our own, so we’re paired up with a lovely bunch from Australia, NZ & Canada on our class. We made 3x tagines, 3x salads and some cous cous…and there was even surprise dessert ☺️ set in beautiful lush surroundings with a little farm at the back.
Highly recommended!

Delicious and fun experience!
Shopping in the souk with a local was an incredible experience! Then, we were hands on cooking our chicken with the Tajín, made some salads and bread. The meal was DELICIOUS and our teacher was friendly and knowledgeable. We now have a new cooking method and many new dishes to make at home!
