First off -- riding an e-bike is easy, and makes you feel like a superhero when you hit any hills. It allowed us to ascend up to the castle overlooking the island without a problem! If you haven't ridden a bike in a long time -- it'll be fine. It's just like...riding a bike. The island is beautiful, and the sites we biked to were phenomenal -- squares, churches, a convent (this was a surprising highlight for all of us), and the medieval castle. Mario was a great storyteller, a knowledgable expert on the history and sites, and a patient guide willing to adapt and make sure we were happy! We were able to find the meetup spot easily, and got fitted for helmets/bikes within minutes. NOTE: We did our tour on a Sunday, and we were SO happy that was the case. The city streets during the first part of the tour are a little tight, so weekday traffic might have made things a little more challenging, so if you can -- shoot for a Sunday. Kudos to Mario. HIGHLY recommend this tour!

This tour was exactly as described. Great communication with the tour operator from the start of booking. Easy meeting point near the beach. Balloon set up was across the street where we were paired with our group and driver to watch/and assist with balloon inflation. Balloon baskets were roomy and you didn’t feel like you were on top of each other. Beautiful flight across the island for the sunset. Landing area changes each flight depending on the wind direction but our guide was easily able to find an open field for our landing. Truck met us there and after packing up the balloon we were driven back to our original meeting location. Balloon pilot took some pic of our group during the flight and emailed them to us free of charge. ( you can also take your own photos throughout the flight) At the end, you receive a flight certificate to document your experience.

Outstanding night with our guide Floris who took off off the beaten path to explore spectacular hidden gems. Floris customized the evening to our vibe and we had the BEST time. Informative! Delicious! Soooooo fun! By far our best tour and our favorite night in Palma.
