Once you have made the booking, we will send you first an email with the booking details, and then a second email confirming the departure time and departure point.
Itinerary
When your cruise ship sails into the picturesque Palma de Mallorca port, disembark and greet your private guide in a pre-arranged location. Relax in a comfortable, air-conditioned minibus and admire spectacular seaside vistas as you journey towards the west coast on a short drive.
Arrive at Valdemossa and stroll the quaint cobbled streets with your knowledgeable private guide; see picturesque streets thronged with flower-filled window boxed and buttery sandstone buildings and visit the Royal Carthusian Monastery, a sacred 14th-century structure. Relax in an ambient coffee shop while admiring views of the picturesque mountain perimeter.
After enriching exploration, begin the return journey to Palma and enjoy views of distinctive farming terraces and ancient water mills. Discover the elevated Bellver Castle and capture panoramic vistas of Palma’s coast, during a brief stop on route.

We had a wonderful day touring Valldemossa and Palma with Peter. He went above and beyond to help us—our daughter had dropped her cell phone a couple of days earlier in Naples, and he kindly assisted us in finding a store to try to repair her screen. After exploring the charming streets and visiting the beautiful cathedral in Palma, we traveled in a very comfortable Mercedes Sprinter van to the picturesque village of Valldemossa.
We enjoyed some free time to explore and had lunch at the most charming little tapas restaurant, dining outside under a big shade tree. Peter was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating to our group, making the day both relaxing and memorable. We truly enjoyed our time with him and would highly recommend his tour.

Communication was great leading up to excursion. Our private van was very nice and driver was excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable and looked for our feedback on what we wanted to see and do. He did an excellent job navigating away from crowds and we highly recommend Luis as a guide. Very pleased!

Our guide Luis was very good, unfortunately the weather did not let us walk around the city. We went to Valdemosa and the town was very pretty. We could not go to the cathedral because of the rain and we had to continue our tour in the bus.

We really enjoyed our Palma Valldemossa tour. Our driver, Alex, was very good, getting us around safely. Our guide, Peter, was awesome. He's a Brit who moved to Majorca and he is very knowledgeable about the island and it's history, as well as all the places we visited. He had a good sense of humor and he was good at emphasizing the important points he was sharing. He even had some quiz questions about the USA for us Americans as we finished our tour.

Our group was picked up at the cruise terminal at the exact said time. Peter, the tour guide , takes good care of our group of 15, making sure we are altogether despite of a lot other tourists in the places we visited. Arranged appropriate meeting point & time with the driver so that we dont have to wait for too long. Aside from telling the background of the places we visited, he answered a lot of questions along the way. Had a wonderful & eye-opening tour overall.

Everything on this tour was extremely interesting. We liked Palma de Mallorca - streets, buildings and, especially, the Santa Maria Cathedral. We loved Valldemossa! Walking around the city, sitting in a nice, cozy cafe was a real pleasure. Visiting the house/museum where one of the greatest composers, Chopin, lived with George Sand (pen name) was a truly unbelievable experience. Our guide Peter was amazing! He's extremely competent, professional, nice and friendly. He made our experience an unforgettable one.

GAVE US AN 92 year old guide God Bless him who can barely walk and his voice is inaudible.
Charged$1000 for 4 hours and basically he left us in the towns to walk ourselves. In vildamosa he walked for 30 min

we have zero tolerance to: 1) discrimination by the age 2) blackmail threats
you have already been reported to viator and a fuill report of your attitude and rudeness was done. You asked several changes on the tour which we dia at no extra cost. You then were rude to driver and guide, and you discriminated a person by his age. The guide Michael is done several tours, and you can read many excellent reviews about him .To say is 92 is out of order and so are the rest of the things you mentioned.
We ish you had never booked with us, it is not the type of customers we want on our trips.

The guide was not good at all. We asked for a spanish speaking guide. Palma is a spanish speaking place. The guide spoke very bad soanish.
She was not knowledgeable. She did not seem to have a lot of knowledge in history , she was unsure about data as well as schedule. Not at all as we expected. Our guides have been a lot better in all of our trips. We requested a partial refund and it was denied by Viator and NoFrills, unwilling to make up for a lost day.

Katharina was an excellent tour guide. She was very energetic, flexible and personable. While others wanted to have lunch, she took us around Palma de Mallorca to see additional sites. Valldemossa was a nice town (views, shopping) and worth the trip.

Peter gave one of the best tours we’ve ever had; he brings his witty, warm and kind English demeanor to his thorough, efficient, well-researched, fun and enlightening tour of Mallorca. He is as well versed in the history and culture of Mallorca as a local would be and he points out countless details throughout the walking tour that leave you feeling well versed and well acquainted with Mallorca. We booked viators the last minute because we were on a cruise and felt the shore excursions were very costly. We traveled with a group of 8 and had a great experience with viators on a prior trip to Dubrovnik. This current trip was excellent. Our tour guide Maria provided us with great information, and was able to get us to all the main attractions in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again .

Our tour guide made this excursion come to life! We were a small family group of 7 and she kept us all engaged with the sites and history of Validemossa and Palma de Mallorca. I don't know how to describe good this tour became.

Great tour of Valldemossa which we thought was a special place! Encourage your guide to spend extra time there. While our guide gave us free time, we didn't realize we could have used more and wish we had for a leisurely stop at a cafe. Palma de Mallorca is a big city and was okay but we had seen a lot of big cities on our trip. Rating is because of the Valldemossa experience.
