We asked guide Jeanine to focus on the local architecture and she gave us a highly detailed tour on that aspect of Old Town. She led us through the most interesting areas that are off the typical tourist path. She explained the details & history of various architectural styles found in the neighborhood. It was a memorable tour.

Marta did not turn up. We waited 20 minutes at the meeting point. No apology, nothing. We contacted Viator who refunded quickly but again, no apology

Peter was excellent. You will love this tour. He goes at your pace.!
The reason is Fivestars isn’t because of peter it’s because we were not told the port is almost 5 miles from the meeting point so you need to take two cabs if you have a child need to make sure that you have a Cab big enough for your stroller
So if the company is reading this, please tell Cruise passengers that they need to get 2 to 3 calves depending on the size of their group to get to the meeting point!
That would’ve been nice to know before we started out on a 1 mile track before hailing Cabs with an 18 month old

Our original guide called in sick. New guide offered non-private option or cancelation. Chose to go. Our guide was extremely prepared and very interesting. At conclusion we were left with good direction on how to continue on our own. Good experience.

I don't recommend this specific tour to anyone. I had canceled this tour, along with having problems of their app on line and still they charged my credit card and refused to refund any charges. There are many other customers that are complaining about this service and hopefully they will do the same. I have gone through my credit card to argue the fact and my monies will be refunded this way, especially when I have an email stating that I canceled my request within the cancelation policy. Very bad business.

A wonderful tour of sites in the old city with a guide who had expansive knowledge of the city's history through the numerous periods of time that have influenced the character of the city. His devotion to the city, the country and to history was obvious. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him.

Michael gave us the most interesting and well-informed tour of Old Palma! We enjoyed a lovely afternoon, albeit with intermittent showers. We’re so appreciative of his patience after docking was delayed by rough seas for more than 2 hours. Michael has a charming personality and is very engaging. We toured so many interesting places that we had a hard time choosing limited photos for our review! Michael’s love for Mallorca is contagious! We’re coming back!

Our tour guide Pete was a good guy, not much of a guide though, he couldn't answer a lot of questions, said nothing through the museum and was difficult to hear. I would recommend the tour though, it's nice to be on a private tour rather than a huge group.

Nous avons visité la vieille ville puis l'intérieur de la cathédrale avec Janine (le prix comprend la visite guidée + l'entrée de la cathédrale). C'est une guide certifiée très gentille et très compétente. Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille en sa compagnie et nous avons pu avoir une idée précise de Palma et ses richesses.
