36 Stunden vorher wurde uns abgesagt und das Event für das 1,5-fache des gebuchten Preises angeboten. Das konnten wir uns leider nicht leisten. Ich warte noch auf die Rückzahlung seit 14 Tagen. Sehr schade, da wir schon ein halbes Jahr vorher gebucht und uns darauf gefreut hatten.

Buenas tardes, Reservamos esta excursión para dos personas muy ilusionados, la reserva la confirmaron por la web y correo electrónico. Al cabo de un rato nos llamaron y nos dijeron que al ser dos no les salía rentable, porque solían ir en grupo. Total, a día de hoy han pasado ya dos meses y después de intentar ponerme en contacto con ellos, tanto con Viator, TripAdvisor y Rollal Charters Mallorca, no he recibido respuesta que me lo solucionara. Al final nos hemos quedado SIN EXCURSIÓN Y SIN DINERO!!!!!!!!
