Beyond happy!

We loved our adventure with Alex, Carlos and Moises! We are a family with 3 teen/tweens and wanted to see El Arco. We are so happy we selected this tour with snorkeling! From the beginning, Luis was warm and welcoming. The trip was so relaxing and fun, thanks to the two guides, Alex and Carlos, and Moises, the boat captain. They pointed out wildlife, landmarks and interesting notes about the area. They definitely prioritized safety-both in the water and on the boat. Alex kindly made himself available to help our youngest during snorkeling, offering to have the flotation device ready for her to grab anytime she got tired of treading. I appreciated that he made sure not to baby her, so she gained confidence gradually. We felt safe and engaged the whole time and appreciated their wide knowledge and authentic love for the area. We bought Carlos’ photos through airdrop because they were 100x better than the ones I took through my waterproof case. Definitely would recommend this tour to others!!

Plans changed but positive outcome.

Our snorkeling tour had to be canceled due to high swells bringing in Portuguese Man o war jellyfish. Our to guide, Liuis, gave us the option of going kayaking instead which we thought we were going to do until he brought us to the launch point and there were high winds and surf there. We opted to be dropped off at the marina to go shopping and sightsee. . I’m giving this tour a very high rating because the Tour company was very flexible in offering us aan alternative activity or refund. Luis was also a pleasure to work with. Quick notice of processing of refund as well.

Best Company Ever!

If you want a company that really takes customer service to heart, Cabo Blue is it! We could not make our original snorkel trip as my husband was sick but Cabo Blue scheduled us 3 days later and we still got to snorkel! Amanda greeted us at the dock with a smile and a welcome attitude, then our crew was so accommodating, kind and helpful! It was a great experience all around, and we so appreciated Cabo Blue accommodating us, even though they did not have to! Thank you so much!!!

Wonderful Experience!

My family and I had a wonderful time! It was a beautiful experience and we enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and attentive with lots of drink options. The optional transportation portion and pick up time was a bit confusing so I reached but they were able to answer my question via text the day before. They also described much more detail where to meet them in text which would we nice be in itinerary instructions. The photographer was a bit intrusive at first distracting with constantly taking photos and blocking the view. .She could be more discreet and offer photos only at arch. We got a great fam photo tho. Just some constrctive feedback. Not everyone wants their photo taken..Otherwise I would highly recommend! The trip was a highlight for our family with adult kids.

The directions to the...

The directions to the meeting place were not accurate. However, they were prompt with electronic communication responses. Hugo and Sol were very good with our kids during the lessons. I think having a ratio of 1 instructor to 2 customers would game been much better and would have allowed us many more runs. Bring water.

Best tour ever

If you’re thinking about doing a clear boat tour to the Arch in Los Cabos — DO IT. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide made the entire experience. He was witty, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area, which made the ride not just beautiful but actually interesting. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it shows in how he interacts with everyone on board. And the photos?! I was not expecting that level of quality. He captured the scenery and moments perfectly — every shot looked like it belonged in a travel magazine. I usually pick a few favorites… but this time I ended up buying them all because they were just that good. Between the crystal-clear boat views, the iconic Arch, and the unforgettable photos, this experience was 100% worth it. Highly recommend if you want something fun, scenic, and a little extra special while in Cabo.

Perfect ending to our vacation!

We had a great time on our tour to the arch! It was kind of a last minute decision and we are so glad we decided on going with this company for a tour in our last night in Cabo. Edgar our tour guide was fantastic… gave us a lot of really cool info during the tour, made us laugh a lot and took amazing pictures of our family of 10! Our captain was excellent also! A perfect ending to a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend!

Captain Coco and Jared were amazing. Smooth boat ride with drinks and food at our leisure. We add an extra hour to our 3 hour trip and it was worth every penny. We watched the whales for 2 hour after taking a ride to find them. The last hour we anchored and had amazing fajita and drinks to end the tour. Best experience in Cabo.

Beautiful ride, park fee.

The driver picked us right up from our hotel, even though it was quite a long drive to the ranch. Everybody was very friendly, the horses were well behaved, and the ride was beautiful. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We even saw whales while riding on the beach. I did not read far enough down and realize there was a $25 fee on top of the cost to get into the park where we rode. Just be aware of that and take cash if possible.

Absolutely loved the jet...

Absolutely loved the jet ski experience, 10/10 would recommend. My husband and I have rode jet skis in several places and this one by far was the safest setup. We loved seeing the arch and the fun boat ride out, the jet skis were thrilling and the guys on the boat kept a watchful eye on us in case we needed help. Everyone was very professional, safety oriented, and mindful of the different skill levels. The shuttle was on time and they had bathrooms and ice cream at the check-in point, which was nice. Take cash for a nice tip, you will definitely want to tip them well after the experience. The quesadillas at the end were a nice touch. The pictures were expensive to purchase but we still got them.

Amazing experience. Don’t miss out! Well worth it!

Amazing experience. Crew was very attentive and informative. We were celebrating a birthday and they had decorated with balloons, a banner, and a cake. Food was great as well. As an added bonus the crew had thrown a fishing line in and we were able to catch a fish and release. The kids were extremely excited about the entire experience! Highly recommended!

Unbeatable value and VIP experience

I booked this for my family, consisting of two grandmas, one of which was 85, two kids age 4 and 12, and parents and family. A total of 10 members. This was our first private rental and we were blown away by the difference in room (sooo much space for 10 people on a full catamaran) and the service (a ratio of 1 crew to 2 passengers). They served us lunch where we were. In other excursions, we had to line up or get it ourselves. It is my birthday this month and I mentioned that and they served me a birthday cake, sliced it for us and served this to each passenger where we sat. This was awesome since the seniors didn’t have to walk on a rocky boat to get the food themselves. We had our own bartender making us whatever drink we wanted, both alcoholic or virgin cocktails. And I haven’t even gotten to the trip itself! We were taken to snorkeling since our party has never done that in Cabo. Santa Maria Bay was calm and beautiful. Our crew warned that there may be Portuguese Man O’War jellyfish around. The crew said they would keep and eye out and warn use but I didn’t actually think we would be encountering this. We enjoyed the snorkeling but the saw one of the crew drive in with a cup and start scooping the water. The crew member stayed in the water while another kept scooping while we snorkeled. They eventually warned us to get back inside after almost 45 min of snorkeling andlaying on the lilly pad, which was just enough snorkeling for our party. Upon coming back, we got to see what they were scooping up. In the cups where multiple Portuguese Man O’War jellyfish. I was amazed that the crew that dived in was able to get the long tentacles as well, which were almost invisible. Our kids were entirely fascinated with them and then started spotting a tons of others in the water, any one of which would have ruined their trip if they got stung. The crew did an amazing job of protecting us. While on the way back, the crew was very good about pointing out wildlife, like rays breaching the water, sea lions, dolphins, and various species of fish. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience for our family and hats off to the crew and in particular, to Danny for diving in and protecting us against those jellyfish. I finally want to mention the food. The chicken was so good my brother got three helpings. I want to find out where they got this. It was tender and moist and flavorful. Nachos with beans and guacamole hit the spot. They were able to provide an amazing experience for seniors, young kids, and the parents (with lots of alcohol! Haha). Our entire family thought this was the highlight of our trip.
