A must do! Our experience was incredible. We saw many whales. Jacob was our tour guide and he was simply the best. Funny, knowledgeable, and super helpful. The staff were incredible. They kept our drinks full! Snack boxes were a perfect touch. Id do it again in a heartbeat. Everyone had an amazing time. We made new friends on the boat! A+ service and experience. You wont regret it.

It was very nice traveling on the catamaran. I’m glad I was on this boat and not the other tiny little boats that were getting tossed around with everybody wearing lifejackets. They brought us drinks, a platter of food, and we sat in the sun and cruised around, looking for spouts and tails.
The guide gave us a plethora of information and was extremely fascinating. I just wished that they did not feel the need to blast Madonna and 80s music while we were cruising around. The peace and quiet was tranquil enough and the information fabulous. Just did not need the party music.

We had an incredible time whale watching- Jorge and his team made this an educational and memorable excursion. The boat was pristine and I would highly recommend. We got to see a mom and her baby in the water with the baby jumping around. Exactly what we hoped to see!

Water is rough (crew cannot help that) but if you get sea sick take something better you go. Crew was great. We saw sea lions, manta rays, and lots of whales. Boarding is at the marina where you can also eat and shop while there.

We had so much fun! We are so happy we picked this tour. The company was really professional. They picked is up on time, the checkin location was nice. The lunch/snacks and drinks were good. We say whales and sea lions.

We have been on many catamaran rides but this was by far the most enjoyable and relaxing. We stopped by the arch and took pictures glad they have photographer. We went on the 8 am and saw a young momma with her baby and followed them out. Learned so much about the whales and again the ride was comfortable, very relaxing, everyone had a great view to take pictures without others being in them. The snacks and drinks were enough since we missed out on breakfast.

We saw so much wildlife on this tour—orcas, a sea turtle, a manta ray flipping right out of the water next to the boat, and to top it all off, humpback whales at the end. It felt like one amazing surprise after another!
Our guide was super knowledgeable and clearly passionate, especially when the orcas showed up—you could feel the excitement, and it made the whole trip even more fun. The drinks were great, and don’t be fooled by the word “snack”… it was basically a full lunch. 😄
Would 100% do this again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a whale‑watching tour!

We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. My husband was worried about seasickness which made us decide to take this catamaran ride to see whales. And, indeed, we did!! None of the boats can get too close to the whales for environmental and safety reasons but one whale happened to raise its tail above water right in front of us! The crew and staff were very good, experienced and helpful. Checking in/out was easy and the pickup and drop off was super easy. I would recommend this tour.

It was awesome. Logistically everything ran smoothly from pick up, getting on the catamaran, seeing the humpbacks to returning to hotel. Our tour guide was excellent so passionate when we heard the humpbacks

The ticket said 11 am. No one ever showed up to pick us up for whale watching. No refunds available. Cannot reschedule. Very terrible customer service and experience. Never book with Viator or cabo adventures. Rip off.

The boat was well maintained and comfortable. The crew was friendly and professional. While I realize whale watching is not a guaranteed experience, I feel we did more sitting and not enough searching to maximize the experience. We did see some whales from a far distance and when an opportunity did arise to see a large competition pod of males, our time was up and we turned away to head in. Not a bad experience, but also not a great return on investment for the cost. We ended up seeing way more whales on our dinner cruise a few days later. Would recommend looking for a long trip to maximize the experience.

It was an amazing experience! We saw so many whales, a lot if packs, the tour guide said it was males fighting for one female, he had a lot of great interesting intel! All the staff was great, the server was always on top if drinks, including mimosas! And the food tray of goodies was fantastic. The boat was very, very nice!! It was all above and beyond my expectations1 We were so happy went with this tour vs. the little boats you see out there packed with passenger's and just one tour guide! I believe for about the same price too! I would highly recommend!

Great whale watching tour. We saw many grey whales, some with babies too. It was very exciting! Friendly staff . The much served included the best guacamole I have ever had in my life ( made by one of the guide's wife). They serve free drinks- with or without alcohol. LOL

Great experience on boat with the staff being so friendly and attentive. Nice lunch on board and lots of information about the humpbacks. We saw a pod of about 8 and followed them safely. Staff were knowledgeable about the area to find them and weren’t in a rush so felt relaxed and not hurried.

Highly recommend this experience! It was the first time seeing whales. The crew was professional and very informative. We saw between 10-15 whales which were in very close proximity. The crew is very knowledgeable and respectful of these beautiful creatures!

We loved this excursion to see the whales. We have been many times before but this was our favorite. The catamaran was very large and very comfortable. It surprisingly was also a very smooth ride. We had great seating to see the whales. All of the staff were wonderful at their jobs, from the narrator (head person) to the server to the driver and the photographer. They were all super friendly and helpful. I learned the most I have from this excursion about the whales. The drinks and the food were very good. We got lucky and saw many whales who performed for us. All in all a very fun day on the water.

Booking was a seamless professional experience. This is a larger company and offer a variety of excursions. The luxury catamaran whale watching trip exceeded our expectations. Sergio was a great host and all staff on board were attentive, helpful and professional. The sharable box lunch hit the spot. A variety of drinks were available. Our late Feburay trip allowed us to see many whales, one up close and personal. Highly recommend, all aspects of this company were 5 star.

Whale watching is 100% dependent on the whales. If "they" want to surface around you, it's all up to them. We saw whales breaching and showing their tails; however, it was a few hundred yards distance.
The catamaran was extremely comfortable and the crew was wonderfully accommodating. The soft drinks and alcohol flowed without asking and the light afternoon lunch (sandwiches and fruit) was very good.
Again, whether you're out for a very nice ocean/catamaran cruise or if you're actuslly whale watching depends on the whales.
I will say: my wife and I got our money's worth. No regrets.
