This is a great tour. The crew on the boat were phenomenal always felt safe. Giovanni was absolutely excellente right from the time he picked us up at our resort he was So kind and informative. He knows this tour and area so well and was an absolute joy to follow and get to know. This was an extra special tour as there was no one else booked on tour so it turned out to be a private one. We got the red. Carpet treatment from Gio and victor and Jorge on our glass bottom boat and Roman and can’t forget Alejandra our tequila specialist at the tequila tasting. Cool to see the glass art making and got some Beautiful souvenirs at the glass shop and an excellente Lunch of Mexican fajitas with some very smooth tequilas the trip was so well done by this tour company and especially Giovanni who my partner insisted Gio join us for lunch Thanks to you all. Well done Highly recommended if you want a light flexible tour and to see a few sites We will be back to take in some other of Giovanni’s recommendations!

Our guide and driver were friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with, which made the experience very pleasant. We really enjoyed the boat ride to Land’s End and the Arch, it was beautiful to see these iconic formations up close. That said, we wished we had a bit more time in the water, as it felt more like a quick pass-by than a chance to fully take it in. Overall, we would still recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience stunning natural scenery along with some enjoyable shopping opportunities.

There is a stop with trips tasting and only one option for lunch. We were stuck there as there was nothing to walk to. I had my child with me so I would not have booked if I had known/ The company had not told us this when I confirmed itinerary. I thought we would be in town shopping during lunch.

Arch was only highlight

The boat trip to the arch was excellent. Our driver was great and explained the history well. I should have folllowed advice from other travellers to not book this experience as after the boat trip the rest was crappy. We were never taken to a beach … did ask to go to main beach but told me we were doing city tour only. City tour was crappy. Just kept stopping off at places to buy trash where drivers gets kickback. Tequila tasting was good but again was more about trying to get us to buy food it trinkets too.

Misleading tour

This is NOT like the description. It is only 40 minutes on the water, then you are held hostage. We were told we were being taken to “museum” and “wonderful shops” to walk around. Not true- they were small shops with high pressure to buy and/or tip.

It was not that great. Didn't really do much with the glass bottom of the boat. Were not in the boat long and didn't go far. Hard to hear the tour guide and she spent a lot of time speaking Spanish with a couple of people up front. Much of the tour was spent seeing the town and the glass blowing factory. Disappointed not more on the water.

Beautiful coastline, but not a well-run operation on land.

Ok. So the first thing I should say is, the boat tour part of the experience was amazing, which is why this isn’t a one star. The coastline is stunning, and our guide was friendly, conversational, and took a few pictures for us on our phones even though he knew he’d be offering to sell us his pictures at the end of the tour. But after this part, it all went sideways. The itinerary described involves getting off the boat at Lovers Beach. They totally skipped this - without even mentioning that they were doing so - and moved directly to the downtown shopping with three hours left on the four hour tour. When I asked what was going on, I was told first that the weather might have been bad (it was glorious), then that the beach might have been closed (it wasn’t) and finally that the boat operator might have unilaterally decided that my grandmother wasn’t able to go to the beach (no mention of why he would have done so). And the driver was quite short with us when we asked to be taken back to the tour’s kiosk to try and get a better understanding of what was going on. Once there, they explained that even with the boat, the beach in still swim-in access only and my grandmother was deemed incapable of completing the swim. Which was likely true, but my issue is that a) they didn’t even bother discussing this with us at the time of the decision and b) the website says nothing about needing to be a capable swimmer to take the tour. It says you can’t be pregnant or in a wheelchair, and that you should be able to handle moderate physical activity. That’s it. Had I known the full story going in, I would have booked a different tour. The handling of the whole situation was just really unprofessional. They did have the driver come back and take us to Medano Beach, which was better than nothing (although I could have lived without him telling me off over the phone for wasting his time).

I highly recommend the Esperanza tour company, all their personnel were excellent and provided friendly, outstanding service. From the shuttle driver to the boat captain, they are an awesome and well organized organization. The only hiccup was minor and not Esperanza's fault. We are staying in a condo not listed in the drop down list of pick up locations, but a block away from a listed hotel, so we picked the hotel as our pick up location. Although we had successfully walked to the hotel lobby a few days prior to the tour, on the tour day the gate guard would not let us wait outside the main lobby area. So we had to wait outside the main gate but the Esperanza driver was very understanding and handled the situation after checking in with his colleague. Many thanks to him for his professionalism.

Took this trip out to see the Arch while in Cabo. Great tour guides with lots of knowledge of the area. Let us feed the fish. Took photos for us. Saw sea lions, pelicans, even a humpback whale off in the distance! Very friendly and entertaining. The bus driver was very friendly as well. Also made additional stops for tequila tasting and glass blowing. Was a great tour and worth the money!

Great Cabo experience!

Our boat tour with Pablo and Rene was a great time! The actual boat portion of the was about an hour, but Rene provided us with lots of information regarding sea life, the arch rock structure and how it was formed. After our tour, we got to shop at a gift shop downtown and see how fresh water pearls are made. Then we were taken to an authentic Mexican restaurant that explained the production process of tequila and we got to sample multiple different types. I would recommend this tour as a great way to experience Cabo!

Viator didn’t help me out

I booked an excursion through Vidor and my cruise ship was delayed by about one hour. When I got too sure to work with the operator of the excursion, they told me it was too late to deal with Vidor directly. So I contacted Viator and requested a refund three days ago and have not heard from them. So I don’t recommend Viator.

Good for one time but nothing to write home about.

It was an ok experience. Really the main attraction is going around the few land marks by boat. After that , the shopping trip is not really worth it. Minus the shopping trip, and just the tour around the rock formations in the bay the tour will last about an hour. Not worth it for $55. The shopping tour is spots where they take you to shop, where they probably get a commission when you buy. Overall I wouldn’t do it again.

Very Disappointing Tour.

The most memorable part of the tour was seeing the Cabo arch. The "glass bottom" boat only had 2 small windows; other tour boats were completely made of glass. You could only see fish when tortillas were thrown in the water and we maybe had 5 minutes total to see the fish. After that, the driver began taking us to stores and places where we could have "discounts." We didn't know it was going to be a shopping trip to places we had no interest in. The restaurant he wanted us to eat in wasn't what we wanted and he didn't seem to know of any others that were better. The 'tour' was supposed to last until 3pm...we bailed at 12pm. I would not recommend unless you are interested in going to places that sells tourist crap.

Great Value for a Great Experience

I definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a variety type experience. You get a private van and driver, a private boat ride around the various mountains, and then the driver took us around downtown San Lucas allowing us to stop and eat and shop then returned us to our hotel when we were ready. Trip was ok. There was no ‘glass bottom’ boat—it was a regular boat with two small panels on the bottom. The boat tour was nice and informative but then they tried to sell, sell, sell, taking us to a souvenir place with 10% off, a jewelry store with the same, and tequila tasting. We were able to stay until 5 (the tour was over at 2:45) which was nice, but the tour itself was one big sales act.

The water was rough and the boat was shaking quite a bit in fact the captain indicated for safety we turned around and the boat ride was shortened. And it should not be considered a glass bottom we see a fee fos for about 10 seconds. Was not worth the money
