It was such an amazing experience and definitely made our vacation feel like a destination. Being on the water, seeing the beautiful rock formations, and the natural habitat. Our tour guide was so cheerful and fun and our captain was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this tour to anybody. We splurged for the pictures that our tour guide took just because it added to our experience and helped us create great memories. They came out much better than our iPhone pictures. It’s worth the money and the hour of your time!!!

This was a great tour! Victor was a great tour guide and the boat ride was fun. He gave our kids tortillas to feed to the fish, which was super fun, and on the way back to shore, we saw manta rays jumping! Super cool experience.

We took this glass bottom boat tour from our cruise ship on June 13, 2026, and had an absolutely wonderful time! If you are looking for a great tour of the Cabo Arch, book with Captain Noah! Our GPS got us a little confused near the marina building, but Captain Noah actually called my cell phone to help us find the dock, which was right in front of us.
Once on board, everything was perfect. We loved that it was a nice, small group. Captain Noah was a fantastic guide, sharing local history, information, and pointing out the beautiful beaches. He was also great about slowing the boat down so we could get plenty of pictures by the Arch. Just as a quick heads-up for future travelers, the boat doesn't have a fully transparent glass hull like some others in the marina; instead, it has two smaller viewing portholes in the floor (about 2x4 feet). It was still really cool seeing the fish through them, but my absolute favorite part was watching the rays jump out of the water! It was an incredibly fun experience. I strongly recommend booking with Captain Noah and Glass Bottom Boats!

We would like to clarify that our team did meet and receive you at the marina upon arrival. At that moment, the boat was briefly away refueling, but it was scheduled to return on time to operate your tour as planned.
Our staff personally explained the situation, and we understood that you would visit a nearby store and return shortly for departure. We even waited additional time for your return, but unfortunately you did not come back before the tour departure.
Although the activity was not taken, a full refund was processed the same day as a courtesy.
We truly regret that you were unable to experience the tour itself, which includes iconic locations such as the Arch, the sea lion colony, and nearby beaches.

We arrived at Dock 1 but couldn't locate our excursion. No Viator sign and 2 independent tour guides there generously tried to help but only said that we need to know the independent tour guide Viator is using.

Note for future guests: Please stay in contact with us (Viator messages or phone/WhatsApp if available). The marina area can be very busy and it can be frustrating to find the exact meeting point—especially with many vendors offering tours and activities nearby.

This experience was a bit unorganized. When we arrived at the dock, there was no one ready for our appointment. We were told to come back. Pushed us back 30 minutes. Not a clear bottom boat. Good for getting to see the arch and back quickly.

Regarding the boat: it is a traditional glass-bottom boat (with glass viewing panels), not a fully transparent-bottom vessel. We’re sorry if that was not communicated clearly.
About the departure time: our tours generally leave on schedule. However, when guests arrive a few minutes late, we move them to the next departure so they don’t lose the excursion—this happens often because many visitors don’t know the area and parking can take longer than expected. In your case, you called me right at the scheduled departure time to let me know you had just found parking, so we placed you on the next boat to make sure you could still go.
I want to apologize again for any inconvenience this caused. Our intention was to help you not miss your tour, and we’ll keep improving our check-in communication and coordination so the experience feels smoother and more organized for every guest.

The tour guide and captain were good. The ride was scenic and enjoyable. Thanks to other reviewers, I immediately told the tour guide my family is not interested in photos when I saw him point his camera phone at us. This immediately changed his mannerism, as he made comments aloud and under his breath that made us feel guilty.
We were already on the boat and had the full tour ahead of us, so we tried to lighten the mood by chatting about various topics. It worked and we enjoyed the remainder of the journey. The start to our tour was quite uncomfortable nevertheless, and impacted our review and resulting tip. The company may consider NOT accepting reservations if they do not have enough customers booked to turn a profit without reliance on pictures and voluntary tips. Based on its response to other customers, I was under the impression this issue was resolved and was taken aback experiencing the same issue.

We had a great excursion to the Cabo San Lucas Arch. Our original vendor canceled because it was January 1st, so we had to find something last minute, and we’re so glad we did. The service was excellent, well organized, and the timing was perfect for a short cruise port stop. Everything ran smoothly, and we still had enough time to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. Highly recommended!

Perfect 1-hour tour. The guide shared lots of interesting things and was really fun! The Glass Bottom was two small windows in the bottom of the boat, but it was totally fine. My kids thought we were going to be in a full glass bottom boat, but not sure it would have been any different. I'd do this again...especially for the cost. Excellent.

We did not know this is a small operator attracting few tourists. On this tour, there was nobody else but two of us. We appreciated they didn't cancel the tour. So the provider was aggressive to sell photos in order to offset the cost. We understand the cost pressure. But we weren't interested in photos being taken and afterwards buying photos in any of the tours. The provider just took photos during the tour without asking us. So he was unhappy and rude when we declined the offer to buy the photos at $60 dollar plus writ in a good review. Now I know why this tour had 5 star reviews on Viator. Nonetheless, we still gave a generous tip considering their cost to take only two of us to do a round trip. If more people booked the same tour, the total revenue would be much more at the same one-trip cost. So I would recommend to book with a more popular tour operator with other tourists together to reduce the cost pressure of the operator to have a much better experience.

This was not a true glass bottom boat. There was just a small patch with glass that you could not view as you needed to stand up to look, which could not be done while the boat was moving. I saw other boats with the whole bottom being glass, which is what I expected here.
Furthermore, they took pictures of us and when I refused to purchase, I asked Tony to delete the pictures which he refused to do.

Our vessels have been known as glass bottom boats since the 1980s, based on their original design with a central acrylic viewing panel. Its size cannot be larger due to safety regulations, as our boats are certified to navigate in open waters—unlike the full-glass boats you may have seen inside the bay, which operate only on short, limited routes.
The viewing panel is also designed so that young children, who cannot see over the sides during the reef stop, can safely enjoy the marine life below.
Regarding the photos, we sincerely apologize for any discomfort caused. Guests should never feel pressured, and photos must be deleted upon request. We will address this with our team to ensure it does not happen again.

Tony & Captain Mario were outstanding. There was only 2 of us but they still operated for us. (On this same vacation we had trips cancelled on us at the last minute because of low #'s, but not this company.) The arch, lover's beach, divorce beach, window to the Pacific, etc, were all amazing. Also got to see lots of fish & seals.

Great experience! Booked a last minute tour for 4pm and ended up as a private ride, which was a steal! We did have some confusion about where to meet; we followed the ticket instructions and went to the D dock, but the staff were actually standing maybe 100 feet away right across the #Cabo sign. Luckily, other vendors near the D dock entrance pointed us in the right direction to check in with Sea Sports where their stand was. Ricardo was our guide, was funny and provided great pictures (at a cost of course). I would recommend if you're not looking for anything luxurious and just want to see the sites
