EXCELLENT COMPANY! I am always skeptical of prebooked experiences, especially in Mexico where we have had bad ones. but this one was great. the guides were friendly, knowledgeable and offered to take photos with our camera vs buying professional photos. i was worried that they were going to pressure us to buy theirs, but they did not. i highly recommend this tour AND this company. don't just show up at the docks as a million guys will swarm you to take advantage of you. we just sat at a nearby bar until it was our time then headed over & boarded the boat. they also didn't make us talk like some guides make everyone talk and participate in their jokes and stories. these guys were amazing. and their prices were really good... that's why i was afraid.

Experience was great but the photos price was overpriced. More expensive than the boat ride.lol It seen the focus was the photo shots instead of the guide.

Daniel was a fantastic guide. The boat took us out to the arch and we got some amazing pictures. The acrylic boat was so cool to ride on. We could a bunch of fish right below our feet.

Don't waste your money, buy an excursion through the cruise line. By the time the tender got us to the port our excursion had started. There is no one at the port to take you to the excursion location. Waste of $80.

Fantastic experience! Great boat crew! It was short and sweet - perfect for a quick tour of local beaches and the area. The crew shared Interesting facts about the local waters and landmarks along the way. My 2 kids had a blast!

The tour was easy to book through Viator and I was very intrigued by a boat tour in a clear boat. We had the earliest booking and the office staff quickly checked us in and prepared us for the tour with any instructions. A short walk from the Envatours office to the boat which was steady and able to easily access. We had a small group so the guide dispersed the group evenly on either side of the boat. You have to take off your shoes before entering the boat which they keep in a box for you. The tour last at or about 45 minutes where you go out to and back from the Arch of Cabo. At the Arch the boat stops for pictures. You cannot remove your lifejacket during the tour and the guide explains that there is no standing at any time during the tour. The tour guide provides some knowledge of the area during the ride in both English and Spanish. Taking pictures was nice however, the guide gently discourages taking pictures with your personal camera and wants to take pictures with a small digital camera that you can purchase at the end of the tour. The tour guide is not a professional photographer or fairly good picture taker so we did not purchase any of the photos. The water is very dark underneath the boat so it makes it challenging to see the sea life but you there are a few stops where we were able to see some sea life. I would definitely recommend going on an earlier tour if you prefer a smaller group. Overall a nice short tour to go out on the water at the marina and see the Arch, Lovers Beach for the price.

The trip was a good amount of time (45 minutes), with great views and fun to see the fish. It was a very comfortable ride with a great tour guide. We loved it!

A very well organized tour. Our guide was excellent and very entertaining. My son loved seeing all of the fish under the boat, I wish we could have spent more time just looking at fish. We also saw many sea lions on the rocks and in the water nearby.
We did spend more time that I would have liked taking individual/family pictures at the Arco that you can buy afterwards.

I read a lot of reviews and info on these tours before finally picking one. We went in with the mindset of it’ll be whatever it’ll be. I’m so glad we did it. Our tour guide was awesome and so funny. Another reason I picked this one over the others is the meeting spot was a little more descriptive although maps was a bit off. We left the meeting spot and walked together as a group to the dock / our boat. By the time we were pulling back in to the marina it had been 55 minutes from the time we started walking. Very pleased with the time because we saw what was promised. I would do this again.

The clear boat tour was a very cool and unique experience! Itzel was our guide and she was amazing! She explained everything we were seeing and also allowed us to take our own pictures. She was taking pictures for us that we could purchase but if you take your own pictures, it’s not necessary to buy them. I would definitely recommend this clear boat tour to anyone coming to Cabo San Lucas!

Perfect experience for family with young kids (and one of very few that we could do with a two year old). All of us loved looking at the fish on the way to the arch and the captain did an outstanding job of keeping us in position so we could see the arch. Our tour guide was very friendly as well.

We missed the original time we had so they were able to put us on another boat for a discounted price of $15 USD per person. The pictures are worth the buy, kinda expensive but high quality. Our photographer also helped us with pose ideas.

Awesome experience! Our guide was amazing and took amazing pictures of everyone. You will leave with great pics if you want to purchase. The all clear beat was so cool. You could see other people in passing boats being jealous of our clear boat and wishing they had booked ours. Lol. Will definitely do this again when I bring friends back to Cabo.

The tour was fine, but every picture of my husband and I in front of the arch has a boat behind it. It would of been nice if he would of waited until the boat moved. Other people on our tour pictures didn’t have the boat behind them. Love.to retake the tour, at your expense. I used Viator for years and have never been disappointed. Please contact me.

My husband and I couldn't go on the boat, after being told that it was accessible to people with disabilities. First of all the boat wasn't located by the pier that we were tendered to. Since we couldn't walk that far we went back to our ship. But after my son and his family got back to ship, they said it would have been impossible for me and my husband to get in and out of boat. Very disappointed that the salesperson lied to us. We should receive a refund! Mind you we were assured that it was handicap accessible multiple times!
