What are people saying about Lima

Great download on Lima!
Great way to learn about the history of Lima. Our guide, Ariana was very knowledgeable about the various eras of Peru civilization and even provided restaurant recommendations after the tour. The catacombs were really interesting to see too.
My only suggestion would be is to improve the air conditioning in the van as it was really hot in the vehicle even with the AC on.

Solo in Lima
Alex was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took our group to the key spots and highlighted important points for all of us. He knew the history as well as interesting additional facts. He made sure to find me at my drop-off location and made sure I had my transportation back to my hotel. I felt safe the entire time, met some great people, and really enjoyed the experience.

Foods of Lima!
Yosed was a fantastic guide. His English was very good and took us to try so many different foods in the downtown area. He also brought his iPad to explain the history behind certain foods. Highly recommend as you will go to places that you wouldn’t find on your own.

Amazing Food Tour with Arthur!
The Lima Gourmet Food Tour with Arthur was absolutely amazing! The food was beyond delicious, and Arthur was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the entire evening. The small group made it easy to get around and made the experience feel personal.
The bus was clean, comfortable, and very well air-conditioned. Each food stop was unique and memorable. Our first stop was a beautiful ceviche at a seaside restaurant overlooking surfers at sunset—so picturesque! The second stop was near historic ruins and featured some of the best dishes of the night. The third stop included a unique cocktail and some of the best croquettes I’ve ever had. We finished at a charming chocolatier, which was the perfect sweet ending to the evening.
Afterward, we walked around Barranco, which was a great way to burn off a few calories while learning about the history of the neighborhood and taking in all the beautiful murals.
If you’re visiting Lima, go on this tour! The food, the experience, and Arthur’s hospitality made it absolutely worth the price. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Epic and Unforgettable Lima Experience
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Epic and Unforgettable Lima Experience!
The All Inclusive Highlights of Lima Tour was absolutely exceptional and one of the best ways to truly experience Peru’s capital. This was far more than sightseeing. It was an educational, cultural, and unforgettable journey through the many different sides of Lima.
We explored the modern beauty of Miraflores, the colourful and artistic streets of Barranco, the coastal character of Chorrillos, and the remarkable history and colonial architecture of Lima’s Historic Centre. The tour gave us a deeper understanding of the city, its people, its traditions, and the contrast between modern development and the hardworking communities that help keep Lima moving.
A very special thank you to our exceptional guides, Aaron, Raul, and Maverick. Their knowledge, professionalism, humour, patience, and passion for Peru made the experience truly outstanding. They kept the tour engaging, answered our many questions, and shared the history and culture in a way that was informative, honest, and easy to understand.
Everything was well organised, from transportation and activities to the delicious food and thoughtful explanations at each stop. We finished the tour with beautiful memories and a much greater appreciation for Lima.
This tour was educational, exciting, authentic, and absolutely epic. It is a must do experience for anyone visiting Lima.
Highly recommended. Five stars all the way! 🇵🇪⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing food tour with an amazing guide
Amazing food tour with an amazing guideI had a great time on this tour. My guide Marco was hilarious, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He made the entire tour feel packed with interesting stops and information, but still very relaxing and enjoyable. The pacing was perfect - we moved smoothly from place to place without ever feeling rushed, and he always made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time.
I learned a lot about Lima's history, culture, and food, and got to try so many great local dishes. Marco's personality really made the experience even better. Highly recommend this tour!

Tour down memory lane
It's a great way to see Lima for the first time (or even a second time around for me). Having been to Lima 16 years ago, it was nice to see how some of the places I've been to have stayed the same and how some have changed. Since I was the only English-speaking person in the group, I got to be treated to a special tour with Juan Carlos(?). Instead of going the usual route like I've been to before, I asked him to take me to the not-so-visited parts. Also, we recreated some photos I took from 16 years ago in the main plaza. It was a total highlight!

Fun day
Vilma was super informative and could answer any question we had as we walked through downtown Lima. She had perfect pacing to let us see everything and linger at sights we thought were stunning while beating the crowd to all the cathedrals and buildings. She also gave us great advice of where to get coffee and a snack throughout the day. Overall just a fun and informative day around Lima!

See the best of Lima in a day!
Absolutely fabulous day trip around Lima. Alex was very professional, a great host and so knowledgeable. We landed at a Sunday Market where we sampled several nati e fruits. Walked around the more "Bohemian" neighborhood of Barranco and beach-side fishing market of Chorrillos and then into Dowtown. We had a lovely Peruvian lunch and finished the day shopping and touring the San Francisco convent and catacombs. It was awesome!

Highly Recommended
This tour was seamless and absolutely worth the 3:45 a.m. wake up.
Communication leading up was excellent. We knew exactly where to be an when. Our tourguide, Renzo, spoke fluent English and switched between Spanish and English to translate everything without being asked! Most persons on the tour were Spanish speakers but he ensured we felt totally looped in. The same should be said of the individual attraction guides - they all said everything twice - first in Spanish then English, just excellent.
The bus was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was light and inexpensive. The boat ride was so relaxing, food at the beautiful winery excellent and the dune buggy ride and sanboarding exillerating.
Plenty stops at clean restroom facilities.
A note for solo travellers - we had 2 and by the end of day you would have thought they came with friends. People can be so kind and friendly.
10/10 highly recommended.

Don’t miss this part of Lima
We are so pleased that we signed up for this tour. Our guide, Jonathan, was the very best guide anyone could want. In his very clean and comfortable vehicle, he took us to areas that we had not previously been after two separate excursions from our cruise ship. He communicated promptly and delivered a tour that exceeded our expectations. These sections of Lima are absolutely beautiful and very much worth the time to visit. Don’t miss out on this wonderful experience.
