Dollar for dollar this was an excellent value. I harmonically just booked my transfer from the airport to the hotel but after my arrival experience I booked the return trip too. The pickup location was extremely well described via a what’s app message before I arrived and it was smooth and easy to get to. The ride was pretty direct, since they only take people from the same neighborhood, so it took under an hour one way. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to Lima!

Perfect day in Lima!

Wonderful! Natalie was such a treasure! She and the driver, Jorge, were prompt and so well organized. She suggested the perfect itinerary, and made sure to include a couple extra requests we had. She was great at finding bathrooms and snacks while we were out, and took us to the best spot for the souvenirs we wanted. My father in law needed to rest in the van, and the driver kept him company and they had a great chat.

Archeological Wonder and Peruvian Dining Delight

We took this trip the day after we landed in Lima with 4 hours of sleep under our belt the adventure began at 5:30 AM. We were conveniently picked up at our hotel. It was a 3 hour drive to Caral. Johanna provided us with a large bottle of water each and a light snack. About 90 minutes into our drive we stopped for coffee and a snack or light breakfast. FYI we did not have time to exchange money for Sols and we didn’t need to. We payed for breakfast and lunch with a credit card. Once we reached Caral, we had a personal guide for our group. Johanna translated for him. Both Johanna and the guide were knowledgeable and answered all questions. The site is well worth seeing and I would do it again. There still is so much to be discovered and figure out. Lunch was a true Peruvian dining delight at Tato. Be prepared with hat, sunglasses and sunscreen and the open spirit of the traveler. Well worth it!

Neat way to experience Lima

The guides take the time to find you a bike that fits and are very knowledgeable about the best routes to take. You ride along the coastal trail, into Barranco which is fantastic, and through Lima too to see some very cool sights. Lima has a excellent bike paths, which we were surprised by. We felt safe and comfortable following our guide from point to point. Our group consisted of older adults, young adults and a teen and we all loved it. We did this the day after we arrived in Lima and really appreciated this view of Miraflores and seeing things that we would never have known were there. Excellent way to begin our stay.
