    Qq escaliers à monter apres l'ascenseur mais une superbe vue panoramique sur tout Riga et ses batiments emblématique. WC dispo au niveau de la plateforme d'observation. Jolie quartier et eglise ortho a proximité le temps d'attente de votre horaire de passage. Préférez un matin de semaine fin de saison (10 sept comme nous) pour profiter sans attroupement de touristes. Le seul bemol c'est qu'il n'y a pas de boutique de souvenir just une échope de livre.
