Songul was an outstanding tour guide! She was professional, knowledgeable, incredibly patient, and so kind throughout the entire day. Our group ranged from teenagers (ages 15, 16, and 17) to my 88-year-old mother-in-law, who needed frequent breaks, and Songul handled everyone’s needs with such care and flexibility. She adjusted the itinerary and activities to match our group’s pace and even arranged for the van to come early so that some family members who were too tired could return sooner while the rest of us continued the tour. She also recommended wonderful places for us to visit and made sure everyone had a great experience. Her ability to adapt to our group’s constant requests and changing plans made the day completely stress-free. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Songul as your guide. We had a great day out, our tour guide Ayşe Yıldırım could not have been more helpful. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and helpfulness were excellent. She made sure we saw all the highlights, and took us to a wonderful restaurant for lunch. This is a good tour, and Ayşe is a great guide.

Fantastic experience with Samet! He was very knowledgeable, professional, considerate and kind. We learned so much from the experience. We visited all of the highlights in Istanbul. One day was not enough. Hope Viator will consider offering a 2-day full day tour of Istanbul in the future. Our guide was the best!

We found this trip to be a great value taste of Cappadocia. Communication was excellent throughout, with someone on WhatsApp in touch all through to make sure all was happening as it should. Hotel airport transfers and flights went smoothly. Our guides were fantastic and we appreciated their love and knowledge of the area and it's history. The tour vans were comfortable and bottled water was provided. Lunches were fabulous, a taste of Turkish food. The cave hotel room was very cool. Don't just go because of the balloon ride; enjoy this fabulous region and learn about the history and geology. Don't hesitate to use Bellaturca, they were really good.

We had a great day on this tour - we loved that everything from the bus pick up to the ferry and our lunch was organised for us. Hamza was a wonderful guide - knowledgable, funny, warm and very caring. The only issue we had was the shopping trip at the end of the day - it did not fit with the rest of the day. Staying longer on the island would have been a much better option. We would recommend and are grateful to Hamza for guiding us.

Ali was an AMAZING guide. We never felt rushed and he tailored the tour based on what we were most interested in. He is a wealth of information and a joy to be around. We learned so much about the country of Turkey in general, in addition to the sites we visited. I highly recommend him and this tour.

This was a fabulous tour of some of the less-travelled areas of Istanbul (Fener and Balat) as well as the spice market and portions of the Grand Bazaar. We were the only people on the tour so our guide, Mohammed was able to make a few modifications to accommodate my wife who uses a car. He was very knowledgeable about the history of this area of the city, the peoples who once lived there and the architecture. The tour also included the Greek Orthodox Cathedral, the spice market and areas around the Grand Bazaar. I would highly recommend this tour
