The Dinner cruise and show was amazing, money will spent. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. The boat restroom was clean and smelled nice which is a plus. My family and I higly recommend this experience as its a must try if you visit Istanbul.

Food was adequate but nothing special. Long tables hold many people and it felt a bit crampt when trying to get up. Dancing was fun to watch. Best part was going up on deck and viewing the shoreline from up above.

Very bd experience

When we arrived they didn’t have us as on the cruise, they put us on a table with people drinking alcohol. Someone spilt a beer all over my wife when we sat down and was rude so we left before it started. All in all a terrible experience and I would not recommend it unless you want to be showered in beer when you get on. I complained to Viator and the tour operator but they refused to give me a refund and acted like I made the whole thing up.

Great choice if you just wanna get away and have some fun with friends. The food was ok, but cold, and not the best taste. The show was also ok, if you are close to the middle of the ship then you get to see everything, otherwise forget about it. Music was good. Overall not a wow experience, but for the price I would say I recommend it.

The tour company was great with the pick up and drop off. However the cruise itself had over 300 people. We only left the dock at 09:30. Waiters were rude and rushed as there were many people. The entertainment was decent but very very loud. We ended up sitting upstairs. There was no information as to where which landmarks we were passing. I was on Google maps trying to figure out where we were and educating ourselves. You will be placed on a long table for 10 people. It was nice to meet new people but would prefer a more private setting. The food was average.

The cruise at night is beautiful! But we sat on the boat for 2 hours at the port waiting for them to fill the tables. We weren’t sure whether to start eating or wait. It was a little unclear how it all worked. Still, we enjoyed our time.

Let’s start with Pick Up from the Hotel, they came earlier than the given time and then left within 5 mins without picking up. Then i had to call them so they came to pick up. Checking In: For them your Name doesn’t matter, the only that matters is How Many People and which hotel. After giving them this information they will seat you. Food: It was way below Average. We had beef kebap and my wife had Fish. It was flavourless and Cold. Entertainment: 10/10 on that only if you can see it. Remember they asked for your hotel name? This is why, they will make you sit as per your hotel stars. If you came from Ritz Carlton you will be given a seat next to the stage. If you are staying at for example Grand Hyatt you will be in the middle. And if you are staying at some lower star hotels you will be given seat at the back from where watching entertainment shows is impossible. Honest Review! Research and Book and have fun. Cruise in Day time or during Sunset would be great and definitely not at night as you can’t see anything outside in Dark.

Good cruise but terrible food

The cruise and performances were good but the food was terrible. Being a vegetarian I was offered pasta which was cold and bland. The other options too were not good. If you are going for the experience, it’s nice but the dinner is terrible. The staff were also not supportive about it and refused to serve.

Good show beware of wait time

Show was very good, food was ok, friendly staff and super nice . The reason I gave it 3 because of delays , they said starts at 8 pm didn’t start till 10pm. Everyone supposed to be on board by 8 but people were boarding till 9pm not right !!!! It seems that you are penalizing people that respect time !!! I think management is the problem .

Our driver was the only good thing during this tour. He was friendly and on time. The view during the cruise is awesome however, the food is terrible and the service not to par. I suggest eating before coming to this tour. Expect old bread and mushy salad. Do not recommend. There are excellent places in Istanbul to eat.
