An unforgettable experience

An unforgettable experience especially because of our guide Shakir. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and he knew the best places to take photos and how to avoid the crowds. The lunch was very good. We were able to learn a lot about the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Hagia Eirene and Topkapi Palace. It was a lot of walking, but worth it.

John showed us so many places in Istanbul. He is very knowledgeable with the Turkish history as much as the places he brought us to. He is also very funny, kind and easy to talk to. What a fabulous evening...

What a fabulous evening exploring the wonderful flavours of Istanbul! Zeynep was a fantastic tour guide, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, making the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable. Travelling solo, this was a perfect way to experience a broad range of delicious Turkish food while enjoying the company of a lovely group of fellow travellers. The rooftop dining experience, with the beautiful lights of Istanbul as a backdrop, made the evening even more special. Great food, wonderful company and a fantastic introduction to Istanbul's food culture.

Troy and us

It’s about 4hrs journey to Troy. They picked us at the hotel in the morning. We took a ferry at Çanakkale for 25 minutes and ended up at the site. Our tour guide was Sunday. She was really impressive with the history and facts., We were lucky to have her as our guide. We enjoyed the time thoroughly.

A day out to the Princess Islands

Travelled to the Princess Islands with our guide Ege on a wet and windy Turkish day. Despite the weather, we had a great day exploring the Island. Provided lunch as was the optional electric bus ride around the island. Our guide ensured we got to see as much of the island as we could given the weather. Another bonus was the neally 2 hour ferry ride each way. Thanks Ege for a great day.

A Nice Way to Experience Both Sides of Istanbul

This was such a great way to see more of Istanbul and experience both the European and Asian sides of the city in one tour. I really enjoyed being able to see so many different areas without having to plan all of the transportation myself. The Bosphorus cruise was one of my favorite parts. It was really relaxing and gave such a beautiful view of the city from the water. I also liked getting to see Istanbul from a completely different perspective after spending so much time exploring it on foot. The tour was well organized, enjoyable, and a really nice way to fit a lot into one day. I would definitely recommend it if you want to see more of Istanbul beyond the main tourist areas and experience both continents.

Șule Made This Such a Memorable Experience

This was such a lovely experience and definitely one of the highlights of my time in Istanbul. Before dinner, we did a small food tour and got to try some Turkish delights along the way, which were really good and made the experience feel like more than just dinner and a show. The dinner and dervish performance were both enjoyable, but what really made the experience special was our guide, Șule. She was so kind and welcoming, and at the end she even gave us little bags as souvenirs, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. I especially loved that it was something cute and actually usable. Șule was very knowledgeable and really made the experience memorable, and I would absolutely book with her again. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Istanbul who wants a fun, cultural evening with great food and a thoughtful guide.

An excellent day for a solo Aussie lady

An amazing experience. Comfy air con vehicle from Istanbul to Canakkale followed by a nice relaxed lunch before the tour. Our tour guide, Ibrahim, was incredibly knowledgeable with excellent English and a great sense of humour. We saw a lot of sites and the tour was just the right length of time to get to see important sites and have time for photos etc. My grandfather landed at Anzac Cove as an 18 year old and went on to survive the Western Front and came home at the age of 22. It was very moving for me to see the beach where he would have first put his boots on Turkish sand. I highly recommend this tour and Crowded House Tours for really looking after guests. Awesome day.

Sait the best your guide

My tour guide was Sait. He was very prompt, informative, and knew all the places I wanted to see. He was super generous and personable. I stupidly forgot to tip him which is a shame. I feel awful and would love to know to fix this. The company said it was too late.This man deserves more than 5 stars. I would encourage people to ask for him personally.

Not your standard tour, Better!

This was so very interesting and totally different than the standard tour. While I certainly saw a number of key sites and learned a great deal of history and culture this was the by no means a 'standard' tour. My tour guide was honest and open about the culture, the history, the city and anything that I asked. Additionally, I have to say, the lunch he took me on was one of my absolute favorites. It was clear why the locals ate there and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
