Please note that we do not have an assistant service for airport transfers. The driver will drop you off at the entrance gate of İstanbul airport. Please go to the check-in desk according to the instructions the provider will share in advance. When you arrive at the destination airport, the driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it.
Hot Air Balloon Flight is not included in the package. Please inform the provider when they contact you for a reservation. Prices may vary depending on season and density. The provider will book the spot for you in advance. Payment can be made in Cappadocia. Optimum weather conditions are needed for a hot air balloon flight. All flights can be canceled at any time by the Civil Aviation Authority. In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions, you will receive a full refund

Very nice overall arrangement and management and quite efficient. A fantastic holiday well spent in Cappadocia. The amenities starting from transportation to hotel to lunch arrangement was just great. The quality and spread served for breakfast and lunch was just great. Special mention goes to our tour guide, Ms. Shukran - she was just amazing. So, knowledgable and helpful. We were a mixed group of around the world and she took care of all of our requirements.

The trip was well organized, lots of activities. Seamless pickup and dropoff. The Cave Hotel and Breakfast/Lunch spread in Cappadocia was luxirous. Glad I booked this trip.

A great trip overall, our guide and driver were fantastic and everything went smoothly and according to plan. We saw and did alot in 2 days! Topped it off with the hot air balloon experience - absolutely amazing! Only thing is that we were left to find for ourselves at the end of both days, day 1 - with no real information or guidance on what was around town to explore. Some of us winged it, others missed out. Some information about the end of the day plans / ideas of what to do would be handy. Day 2 - also 2 hours waiting at the hotel on the last day before the airport transfer pick up. But otherwise a great trip!

Poorly managed. The flights picked were inconvenient, wasting much downtime. The guide was a bit belittling and very rigid, to the extent that most people in our group were discontent. The hotel Chakra didn't provide basic necessities and had no facilities—a hot night without even an option to have a fan. I did not enjoy this tour.

Great, packed fully coordinated 2 day trip

I had heard of trips here being three days or more. What I liked about this was everything was coordinated. We got picked up at our hotel at 4am, got a 6:30 flight, transport picked us up and got us to the group. There was about a 45 min coordination lag to the group, no biggie. Did a full day, didn't the night ata cave hotel, which was nice, then picked up for second day. Then back to the airport for the flight home. Note: there was an existing group, our first day was their second day. And our second day was sometime else first day. It all worked. When we checked out of hotel in Istanbul, we left out luggage, except for a small hand carry for the Cappadocia trip. Then checked back in to our original hotel. Since our second day was a shorter day, we day around their office for a free hours. We went 4 blocks to the small city center, walked thru the shops and had a long coffee until it was time to go to the airport for the trip back to Istanbul

The tour was excellent, our accommodations and food was good, they were prompt and friendly. Our only negative would be that each day we had a sales type visit, which wasnt the way we would choose to spend our time.

Great Tour and Professional Service

Very professional company with excellent pre and post tour communications - This was really appreciated as IST can be quite hectic and the communication on WhatsAPP was very reassuring. The pick up was perfectly on time (way too early for me, but is what it is!) and upon arrival to Keysari airport I was picked up promptly and dropped at a tour office to wait 30 mins. Then went to pick up at a few hotels before the tour started. This is common consolidation on tours so expect to not start the tour immediately. The tour itself hit the sites and was interesting. The guide unfortunately spoke way too fast when he did speak and was not very personable. He spent more time talking to the driver and did not interact well with the group, which is a shame because that is a big part of the experience for travelers. The second day pick up was 10AM, which gave time to sleep and have breakfast. Company used Frescos Cave Hotel and it was great! Had room 107, the best there and the staff there was top notch. After 2nd day tour was dropped at airport two hours prior to flight and everything went well, except the Turkish Air delay, which is common. Got to IST airport and told to find Gate 14 for car transport - except signs just go to 13! I texted the company and got immediate response - and there IS a gate 14, just after 13 but not on any signs! There you will find a ton of people and transport companies. There was some chaos on the transfer to hotel - but in the end this was a great time and the company did a very professional job. I would highly recommend this tour.
