We used this transfer service from Athens airport to our hotel, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. From the beginning, the operator was extremely communicative, confirming the booking and clearly letting us know exactly when and where we would be picked up. Upon arrival, our driver was right where he said he’d be, waiting with a clear sign showing our names. The vehicle was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Our driver was extremely friendly, spoke perfect English, and even pointed out local sights along the way. It was a wonderful and stress-free way to start our trip. Highly recommended!

Reliable, comfortable and professional

The driver texted us while we were still waiting for our luggage and told us where we would meet him. He was very easy to find and helped with our luggage and guided us from that point all the way to the front door of our hotel. He was a responsible, friendly and professional driver. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and plenty large enough to accommodate our luggage. We were even given bottles of ice cold water to quench our thirst during our drive. We will definitely use them again.

Great transport to/from the Airport!

Communication was excellent with operator. Driver was punctual, pulled up right behind our rental car so that we could easily load our heavy suitcases. He was very nice and the vehicle was spotless. They drove use to our Airbnb and even navigated up a narrow steep alley so we would get dropped off and picked right in front of the building. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

Safe, prompt ride from the port to the hotel

Dimitri was en excellent driver and so friendly. He picked us up from the ferry and got us safely & quickly to our central Athens hotel. When we got off the ferry he was easy to spot, holding a sign with our names on it. A short walk to the van and then we were on our way!

Thought we were lost, but the driver found us.

The driver waited over an hour for us at the Athens airport. After standing in a long line to clear customs, we finally managed to find our way to the luggage carrosel. Saw a lot of drivers holding signs there, but our name wasn't on any of them. Could not find the driver's number, but Viator put us in touch. Driver told us to go throuh the glass door to the Arrivals area. No signage and couldn't see any glass doors. In the distance we saw a man walking back and forth trying to locate a door. The glass was frosted. Couldn't see a door or what was behind the frosted glass panel. Fortunately, another man came along the glass panel opened. We walked through the obscure opening and finally found our driver. He waited for us so long he had to park his vehicle. We had to wait for him to retrieve it, but were grateful he didn't leave without us. We still had a very pleasant ride to the cruise port afterall.
