I had an excellent experience with this transfer service from Punta Cana to my resort and would absolutely give them 5 stars. My flight was delayed by more than a full day, and despite this major change, he still stayed in contact and made sure I was taken care of. That level of reliability and commitment is rare, especially when travel plans become complicated. The driver was extremely helpful, easy to reach, and very responsive throughout the entire process. Anytime I needed an update or had a question, communication was smooth and stress-free. After such a long and exhausting delay, it was a huge relief to know that my transportation was still secure and that someone was there looking out for me. Just book it! Great fun experience for the price you pay. Round trip transportation to our Airbnb. Met our awesome guide Mama Juana lover and peace✌🏼❤️. Felt safe and comfortable the whole time, he really made sure we had the best experience. Would come here again.

Driver was super friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed by 4hrs and we were concerned we would be left without transportation but our driver kept in touch and patiently waited. I will always use this service. They go above and beyond to provide best customer service.
