Make sure to check the schedule and ride with these guys. The boats and new and well balanced for the ride. We missed one of the times we wanted so we switch for an up charge to WinnJett (Wish I would have just waited for the hour)

Viator ONLY provides voucher. Make sure to obtain actual tickets at the ferry ticket counter. This step should be highlighted in the promo. In addition, there is no savings in purchasing through Viator.

It is a waste of time to or buy tickets. You still need to go to the ticketing office to get your voucher for the boat. The ticket they send you do not get you on the boat. I had to wait I. Line for over 30 minutes for the ticket and missed the ferrry I wanted to get on.

Great ferry. Friendly staff and reasonable price. Tallboys of Tecate makes for a delightful ride. Check the schedule in person at the ferry terminal before booking if time-sensitive

Viator ticket stated it was a 8am ferry ticket to Cozumel but the ferry doesn't travel until 9am on that day so I was going to miss my trip I was travelling to and had to book another ferry to get me there on time.

We were able to custom our tour to our liking. My wife and I are not very mobile. We asked our guide, Charley, if we could spend most of our time riding in the Jeep. He accommodated us very well

Booking through Viator, the QR code required to board the ferry did not come through in the confirmation email, or on the Viator App.
I was required to wait in line at the ferry terminal along with those who had not purchased advance tickets to get a boarding pass. This 20 minute wait forced me and my partner to sprint to the boat to make our sailing.
A terrible system that should be so easy to remedy. If you’re going to sell me a ferry ticket, make it available to use through the confirmation or in the app.
This was frustrating, stressful and unnecessary.

You arrive by taxi near the boarding terminal, convert your purchased voucher into paper tickets at the front desk and leave at the desired time. Same thing on the way back. The open ticket allows you to take the ferry at any time with convenience.
